The process was very fast and easy.

This is our second insurance company we have partnered with and GoCare has exceeded my expectations in helping us get our program started. Their online claim process is smooth and easy to use.

We had purchased many devices that came with the paid service plan, and now the claims department wont fix the devices. Our business has relied heavily on GoCare standing behind their warranty, and this ordeal has put a very bad taste in our mouth about continuing doing business.

Was very easy to sign up for iphone and cell phone protection. Could not possibly be any easier. Was able to include 3 phones on one plan with ease.

So I'm really glad I haven't actually had to file any claims yet. But it's nice that I can feel secure that a reputable company is offering fair coverage.I know I search for warranty programs like this one just in case the worst happens, and although I know it has not happened to me yet, statistically it won't be long. In my opinion, this is a small price to pay for reassurance and most certainly the loss, and price to replace a iPhone or Galaxy, is far higher than this small fee.

Now days, insurance on your electronics is a no brainer. Theres dozens of companies to chose from. It can be so confusing. I chose to communicate the old fashion way. Because, well, Im not 20 and not all that familiar with the internet. Imagine my surprise when a very friendly young man answered the GOCARE phone and walked me through the whole process! He made my life and stress level that much less by taking care of everything for me. All my questions were answered with the promise that if I had any more, to please call back.

GoPro quickly processed my claim without running me in circles. My son's ipad had a hairline crack in the corner, but had to be returned to school in perfect condition...the same condition in which he received it. GoPro's customer service rep helped me complete the required paperwork (brief...not a crazy list of questions) and pushed the claim through for me so he'd meet his deadline at school. I was mailed a box with specific instructions on how to get the device repaired asap. My policy rate didn't go up the following year, nor was I cancelled. All-around great experience.
