The room is very clean
The room is very clean. Kitchen equipment is very useful. Many metro lines are within a very short walking distance. If you like walking a little, you don't even need to use the metro, you are within walking distance to the most important places of the city.

I had a truly fantastic experience renting student accommodation through this company! From the very beginning, their communication was clear and incredibly helpful. The process of finding and securing my room was straightforward and efficient, which really took a lot of stress out of moving.
What truly made my experience great was the quality of the accommodation itself – it was exactly as described, well-maintained, and felt very safe and comfortable. Beyond that, the support team was consistently professional and responsive whenever I had a question. They genuinely seem to care about their tenants' well-being. This company clearly prioritizes providing a positive living environment for students, and it really shows.
