booking process
the booking process was smooth and the staff was very accommodating to our date changes. however, i was under the impression that the room will come fully equipped with kitchen and bedding facilities, so i was quite shocked to find that i had to pay an extra 220pounds and 150pounds respectively for the items.

The process was simple and transparent
The process of getting the accomodation was simple, clear and transparent. Ms Shein was very helpful and communicated very well and promptly throughtout the process. I did not encounter any negative experience. However, I am unable to comment on the apartment itself because I have not physically seen it but I hope it would be as good as the process. I will be back to give my honest review of the apartment itsef at a later date.
