What made my experience great was agent, Rita. She was my first contact with the company on May 16th. I was in need of changing my insurance effective immediately and she was patient, attentive and knowledgeable about the product she was selling. She ensured I received discounts and provided me with all the information I needed.
Not only was I extremely satisfied, it was the staff after that whose customer service and attentiveness to problems that arose about a week later, elevated my experience with Go Auto and solidified my business. I had an issue in the state of Florida with the department of motor vehicles/Tax Collectors office, of which the staff would not except my proof of insurance. This was a significant hindrance to some personal affairs and I quickly contacted Go Auto within 2 business days, they problem solved for me, and I was able to bring documentation that was accepted, to the DMV. their prompt attention to my personal needs made me feel valued and subsequently, respect the organization. I was so impressed with the customer service that I have referred 3 family members to inquire about quotes.
