All of the deliveries were delayed by Royal Mail due to strike action and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
We have over 25 years of invaluable experience, and we have trusted customers from around the world. We DO NOT use plastic amber imitation, reconstructed or melted amber. All of our Baltic amber jewellery is verified by the Gemological Institute of Europe. All of our orders are shipped the next business day from workshops located in different European countries by the Baltic Sea, like Estonia, Sweden, Germany, Poland and Latvia. These are the regions where the largest deposits of genuine Baltic amber are actually found and exploited. Such local workshops make it easier for suppliers to deliver materials for production and allows direct manufacturers like GoAmber offer high-quality items at a reasonable price.

The package was shipped the same day without any delay on our side. Currently all postal deliveries are being delayed by Royal Mail due to strike action, they are not the most reliable and unfortunately, we are unable to influence this.
Also sales team reply to all incoming emails within 24-48 hours (not including weekends and public holidays). If you have not received email reply, please check your Spam folder just in case reply email got delivered there instead of your inbox.

Product not delivered
Product not delivered (ordered 4 brackets costing £70) and cannot get through to any customer service team. Really disappointing and wish I’d have read these reviews first before purchasing.
Updated based on Go Ambers response - emails were not replied to. I ended up having to post on recent Instagram posts to get a response. Have since managed to get my money back through my bank thankfully. Find another provider based in the UK.

Really great service
Really great service, my first product strangely snapped in his sleepsuit however Goamber replaced it immediately and I received a new one in the post. I have not been able to use it long enough to see what effects it may have but I’m happy with my purchase and it looks very stylish!

Didnt arrive and they keep saying they've sent a replacement but its been MONTHS!!! Will be filing a case with my bank!! THIS WAS NOT DURING ROYAL MAIL STRIKES. THIS WAS ORDERED IN AUG 2022 AND THIS COMPANY WAS SO RELUCTANT TO SEND A REPLACEMENT

Great reply and communication regarding replacement
I recently bought a matching bracelet and necklace for my daughters birthday, and the clasp bit broke, (probably just a faulty one) and I asked if they would replace it, providing evidence they did straight away. I am very grateful for this and I absolutely love it as always ❤️

I purchased the Amber anklet a while ago and as it was too big for my baby (she’s only little due to being prem) I was trying it on her regularly
Unfortunately the clasp came loose. I contacted goamber and had a reply quickly and they arranged a replacement. It’s perfect and actually fits her which is even better

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Robbing people with small babies for money!! I have ordered my small 5 month old baby two bracelets for teething and I paid £37 and it’s been over a week no email nothing!!! You all should be ashamed of your self taking money from mums that can’t afford to buy much and £37 to someone who is on mat leave is a lot!!!!!
