Subscription problems

We had the below mentioned issue, but it was solved. It was a bank glitch which caused the delay in verifying our payment. It was not absolutely a problem caused by or because of Globalbuyersonline.

We paid for subscription one week ago, but an email from Global Buyers told us that they must check with bank for the payment and it will take 2-3 days to verify.
However so far no subscription has been confirmed, only sure thing is that we send USD 260 for it.

Dear Hamza,

Thank you for your patience, and we sincerely apologize for the delay.

We've identified exactly what happened: your payment arrived not as a USD wire transfer (which we were searching for) but as an NEFT transfer in Indian Rupees. It appears RAKBank routes USD transfers to India through a local banking arrangement that converts and credits them as NEFT rather than a standard wire - so the funds were in our account the whole time, just not
under the reference we were looking for.

We matched the payment as soon as this came to light, and your Select Membership has now been activated as of 18 June 2026.

We're sorry this took longer than it should have, and we're reviewing our reconciliation process to catch this kind of mismatch faster going forward.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible - only got 1 star as you can’t leave 0! Ordered a CD for my daughter for Xmas early November and hasn’t arrived. No tracking showing and on contacting Amazon they said it hasn’t been dispatched. Amazon apologised and have refunded the cost and asked the seller to confirm it will be still sent but of course the seller has cancelled the order which probably never existed. Don’t use them!

ordered book tru amazon via global byer no book arrived company promised refund because book was damaged iam stil waiting for refund and book never arrived after 6 weeks

If this company is on amazon why…

If this company is on amazon why wouldn't they change their name. But they have bad reviews anyway, so who cares. But their response is foolish to say all the reviews are amazon buyer's reviews. Just praying on stupidity. Glad I checked before becoming a member!!

Well, its seems the reviewers are confusing the B2B portal GlobalBuyersOnline.Com with some amazon merchant with a similar name. Well GlobalBuyersOnline.Com is an advertising platform helping buyers and suppliers meet. They neither have any presence on Amazon nor are they associated with selling any products. This is just in the public interest.

Total scam

It's a pity I can't give this scam website a zero or a minus score. I was not able to delete my account or my data, I don't even know how to protect my privacy. I am not even talking about them spamming people with hundreds of emails per week with fake offers.

Op 16 december 2020 een product voor de keuken
“Kitchen fittings & storage” bij deze firma besteld voor een bedrag van $ 19,98 zonder verzendkosten. Chinapost meldde op 15/02/2021:dat het produkt geleverd werd. Dit was helemaal niet geleverd. Als gepensioneerde is er altijd iemand bij ons thuis en zo niet hangt er een nota om te leveren bij de geburen. Diverse mails verstuurd naar deze firma maar zij beweren dat ik op de post moet gaan horen waar natuurlijk geen bestelling voor mij ligt te wachten.
Op hun website staat nochtans:
“Money back guarantee : if yr items arrive damaged or becomes defective within 30 days of normal usage we will gladly issue out a replacement or refund”
Heb hun hier naar verwezen maar geen antwoord meer !
Zijn er nog mensen met deze problemen?

I ordered the spot carpet cleaner and they sent a battery operated toothbrush when I contacted them they expect me to send it back before they will do anything it’s just a scam

Scam Alert !!!!

On Jan23/2021 I ordered a Spot and Carpet Cleaning machine. Contacted the company by E-Mail several times inquiring about where my machine was at to no avail. Was told it was on it's way.
Package was in my mailbox I was informed by local post office. HMM.. how could that machine fit in my mailbox I wondered.
Instead of the Spot and Carpet cleaner they sent me a cheap watch. Lucky for me , I, paid through Pay-Pal
and I filed a dispute two hours later Pay-Pal informed me I will be getting a refund for full amount paid.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ! IT is a SCAM!

Ripped off for 29.98 dollars

This company sells goods on Facebook and you either don’t receive them or you get something completely different to what you ordered, something that’s cheep and nasty and not worth the postage to send it to you. Facebook should ban these companies from advertising on there.
