Buyer beware — find another company. First, through deceptive business practices, we were put into a 2 year contract. The rep told us it was a one-year contract, then it was switched to two years. We followed their own contract guidelines to cancel our service. The original contract said we owed 3 months of service to cancel, but we had an updated contract that stated we only owed one month. We offered to pay that one month not once, but three separate times. Glide Cleaners refused the payment and sent our account to collections instead.

Don't let these guys fool you. It's a total scam. They got high pressure sales people. That won't leave. I had 3 appointments the first appointment. They refused to do the inside windows. Even though I paid them to do it, they said they don't offer that service, then I called and they said, well, those guys were wrong. So they rescheduled some other guys that never showed up. And then and they called because they weren't showing up, they said they had a couple jobs ahead of me and that they would be here about 8 o'clock at night, which is already dark out and then I finally Them to come out and do the interior windows, which was what I just wanted done in the first place and they assured me that they cleaned the window tracks and they cleaned the windows, no, they did not clean the window tracks, they did a terrible job on the windows when I woke up this morning, I looked out the window with the Sun shining through it, it's all streaked up and looks worse than it did before. This company is a total scam, do not use them. Do not fall for their sales tactics.Do not use them.I never leave bad reviews.This is the first battery I've ever left.Because the experience was terrible

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! BUYER BEWARE. This company deserves zero stars for their shady business practices. They never informed me that I was signing up for a contract just that I was signing so that they could bill my cc. When I found out I was on a contract I was told it would be over 700.00 to cancel. I told him I didn't care. This call took 45 minutes because the sales person simply WOULD NOT cancel the contract. I finally said CANCEL!
NOW! He hung up on me. I called back and was assured that Jonathan cancelled.

This sounded like a great deal, at first. The "door-to-door" guy was very nice, and didn't present himself as a high-pressure sales guy. All the contract signing was done on the phone, which I found out today makes it just about impossible to locate the original contracts.
I signed up for an "Unlimited Quarterly Window Service". But the only contact I've received from them after the initial cleaning was billing invoices.
And to be fair, they did a good job cleaning our windows at the start of the contract, and also replaced two screens (which took a little over a week to get them back).
The initial charge was $309.00, paid on 1 June 2026. We paid two subsequent monthly installments of $106.33 on 1 July 2026 and 1 August 2026, with no additional window cleanings.
When I called to cancel the service due to some life changing events and a death in the family, they connected me to Jonathan, who just kept talking bur refused to cancel my contract unless I paid an additional $318.99 cancellation fee. AGAIN, WHAT A RIPOFF!!!
Jonathan kept me on the phone for over 10 minutes, trying to offer some solution other than cancelling the contract. I explained to him I was trying to be nice, and patient, about this, but he refused to cancel the contract and just kept talking.
I told him to provide me a copy of the SIGNED CONTRACT, which he continually ignored and just kept trying to provide me with "options".
I told him to cancel my contract, and I wasn't paying them another dime! It got to the point I had to hang up on him because he wouldn't provide me a copy of the signed contract, AND he just wouldn't shut up.
I hung up, and within 3 minutes, saw an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE posted to my credit card for $318.99.
All total that's $840.65... THAT IS $840.65... for ONE WINDOW CLEANING SERVICE AND TWO SCREEN REPLACEMENTS!!!

Terrible service and a true rip off. They forgot to replace window screens and spent less than a half hour at my house a month later they come back wanting to do quarterly window cleaning claiming I’m signed up for a two-year program. Don’t trust these people it’s a scam.

I do not recommend using this company to clean your windows. If you do, make sure that you read every word of the contract.

BEWARE!! This "company" is run by scam artists! They send very young men to get you to let them wash your windows. The youth at my door told me there would be for a charge of $99. I signed on his phone, trusting that what he said was true. I was charged on my credit card $339! I never pay more than $129! I called to question this and was emailed a contract with my signature saying I agreed to that price as well as $119 a month because I had signed a contract for them to was my windows 4 times a year. What they had done was take my signature and put it on their contract stating I agreed to that price as well as having my windows washed so often. I can't afford to wash my windows more than once a year. They didn't care that they were taking money from an elderly woman! After trying to get them to lower the price they said the only thing they could do for me was to cancel my contract, for which they would charge me $339! I was shocked and asked them to waive that charge, which, of course, they wouldn't. Sadly I won't ever allow ANYONE to get me to agree to ANYTHING when they come to my door!

They are completely misleading on their prices and their contract. The salesman quoted a one time price then they would come out every 3 months for $99. They are billing me $99 every month which was not what I agreed to. They have you sign a cell phone with an agreement that you cannot read and tell you you can cancel at anytime after the first service. You don’t actually see the price you are agreeing to. I called to cancel and they would not cancel without taking another $297. I asked the “account manager” who said he is as high up as they come and his boss just did office things. He ending up hanging up on me and immediately charged my card for the cancellation fee.
I am sorry that I ever did business with them. Next time someone comes knocking at my door, I will be sure to research… not signing some contract on a phone.

I also went on BBB and saw numerous of complaints regarding this exact issue and he should make it right. He ending up hanging up on me and and immediately charged my card for the cancellation fee. Completely unprofessional. Do your research and don’t answer the door when they come knocking.

This company is terrible. Send kids out to solicit in no solicitor areas w clearly posted signage. Run from this company. They claim easy to get out of contract-WRONG. They continue billing no matter what. Worst service in 55 years ive signed up w so i will NEVER help out these kids trying to better themselves because they work for a scammers who are probably scamming them. The subs work at first was good, second was embarrassing for the cleaner-worst than when started. James is who keeps calling me telling me how i didn’t get out correctly. My attorney, bank and others are all involved-lets see where this goes…I'm excited

This company knows that their sales people use spurious tactics, but yet remain coy. I lost a lot of money to this company for some very bad service. Do not use this company. There are better alternatives in the valley.

below poor - deceitful, rude, and now- since they failed to do work when contracted, and I didnt want them back on my property, they have sent me to collections EVEN THOUGH I PAID THE ORIGINAL INVOICE but canceled the ongoing contract

Avoid this company at all costs. Is a complete scam. All they are trying to do is suck money from people that are unaware.

Danger - deceptive pricing, you pay 4 payments up front for one $250 windows clean then they hammer you on the phone pressuring you to pay up in advance and threaten a m$600 termination fee if you don’t keep making payments. I paid almost $1000 for a single outside window clean. They wanted more before coming to clean again. They are slick operators so be careful and avoid. They love to prey on old people (72). Beware and let your neighbors know - they go dooor to door to sign up unsuspecting people,

I strongly caution against using Glide Cleaning for window washing services. My experience with them has been deeply disappointing and frustrating, and I believe their practices are misleading and unfair to customers.
I signed up for a yearly contract with Glide Cleaning, expecting professional and reliable service. However, the second visit was a complete disaster. Every window was left in worse condition than before, with visible streaks and smudges that made them look uncleaned. When I raised my concerns, instead of addressing the poor quality of their work, they offered to charge me a reduced rate of $190 for the subpar service, which was unacceptable.
When I attempted to cancel the contract, I was informed that the cancellation fee was equivalent to the cost of another cleaning. Reluctantly, I agreed to one more service, hoping it would resolve the issue. The problems persisted, and even after my contract term ended two years ago, Glide Cleaning continued to contact me, pressuring me to schedule additional cleanings. They promised to cancel my contract after “one more” service, despite the fact that my contract had already expired. This felt like a manipulative tactic to keep me locked into their services.
I’m incredibly disappointed by Glide Cleaning’s unprofessionalism, poor service quality, and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction. It’s frustrating to feel taken advantage of as a consumer. I strongly recommend avoiding Glide Cleaning to spare yourself the hassle and potential financial loss.

This company is scam! They did a poor job of cleaning my windows. I asked to cancel the service and they are charging me another $309 for services not rendered to cancel a coerced contract. The company needs to be investigated by the State of Colorado. Their practices are questionable.

Glide Cleaners ignored the “No Soliciting” sign in my neighborhood, then pressured me into signing a monthly subscription contract even though they only clean quarterly. I specifically asked to pay only when the service was performed, but they refused. When I tried to cancel because it felt like a scam, they continued to call and demanded a cancellation fee. I find their practices misleading and disrespectful, and I will not be using or recommending their services.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Glide Cleaners for pressure washing services at my property in Utah, and I cannot express how impressed I am with the exceptional service they provided. From start to finish, Glide Cleaners demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
