Lifesavers
I got a flat tyre on my way to work recently and contacted this company via WhatsApp. The communication was excellent right from the start, they asked for a few details (location, wheel size, locking wheel nut info) and gave me upfront total pricing with budget, standard, and premium options. No hidden fees.
They arrived in about 30–40 minutes, which was incredibly fast. The fitter was really friendly and efficient. Because it was raining, they even kindly suggested I stay dry inside the car while they did the work.
When they removed the flat, they noticed some damage to my wheel (likely from the pothole that caused the flat in the first place). The fitter was great, pointing it out to me and giving me some really helpful advice on how to get it fixed, which I deeply appreciated.
Paying was super easy via card/Apple Pay. For an emergency mobile service, it was very reasonably priced for such a great, hassle-free experience. Hopefully, I won't get another flat anytime soon, but I would definitely use them again if I'm ever in a similar situation! Thanks again.

10/10 outstanding service
10/10 outstanding service! I visited Wass Tyres today after going to two other tyre places who both told me there was nothing wrong with my tyre — and charged me £20 and £25 for the checks.
I had to again put air in it. Every two days. I knew something was up
The team at Wass Tyres took the time to properly inspect it, found the issue was with the rim, fixed it, and checked all my other tyres too. All for just a tenner!
I honestly can’t fault them and would highly recommend them. Fantastic service, friendly and professional — I won’t be going anywhere else. Thanks guys!

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive review.
However, we believe this review has been posted on the wrong company’s profile, as it mentions visiting Wass Tyres, which is a different business.
We’re pleased to hear you received excellent service from them, and we’re sure they’d appreciate receiving your review on their own profile. If you could remove it from our page and repost it on theirs, we’d be very grateful.
Thank you, and we wish you safe motoring.
Brilliant service !!
On a Sunday early afternoon my tyre blew no garages open or much help available RAC weren’t such a great help. However, they did call and arrange for Glasgow Mobile Tyres to come out, to my rescue in North Ayrshire. GMT came all the way from Glasgow and a few hours later my tyre was removed and replaced on site. (Note:it didn’t take them 2 hrs to fix it, it was the time it took them to get back from another call out, go to their store to pick up the tyre for my car, then drive from Glasgow to North Ayrshire which was still great time frame) The tyre fitting and removal itself was all done very quickly, the mechanic who came was very professional, friendly and helpful. He also took away old tyre as part of the service. I would definitely use again (keeping the number in my phone in case I need them again) I would recommend.
I had one small thing I needed to call them about and it was all resolved and sorted all staff were great ! gave 5 stars as super service !

Thank you so much for your fantastic 5-star review and for taking the time to share your experience.
We’re delighted we could help get you back on the road, especially on a Sunday when options can be limited. We really appreciate you clarifying the response time too. As you mentioned, our fitter first had to finish another emergency call-out, collect the correct tyre from our depot, and then travel from Glasgow to North Ayrshire, so we’re pleased we were able to reach you as quickly as possible.
It’s great to hear our fitter was professional, friendly and helpful, and that everything, including your follow-up query, was resolved to your satisfaction. Providing excellent service from the first call through to after the job is completed is something we take great pride in.
Thank you again for your recommendation and for keeping our number handy. We hope you won’t need us again anytime soon, but if you do, we’ll be more than happy to help. Safe travels!

The boy who came out was a nice helpful pleasant guy . Had to get a weld done on alloy. Took the alloy away didnt notify me i needed 2 done so they just proceeded to do all the work without letting me know and then told me I just need to pay or he will just hold on to my tyre . Rude & if you dont want to unexpectedly pay more than your told don't bother with them .
As I say again the gentleman who fitted my tyre was brilliant , whoever was taking my call - rude , forceful & not professional .

Hi, Ross
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your comments regarding our fitter, and we’re pleased to hear that you found him helpful and professional.
To provide some context, when our fitter attended, the tyre was completely shredded and the alloy wheel was found to be cracked in two separate places. One of these cracks had been welded by another company only five days earlier and had already failed. At the roadside, you advised that you only wanted one of the cracks repaired and intended to return to the previous company regarding the other weld.
As a goodwill gesture, our fitter agreed to bring the wheel back to our workshop to save you the inconvenience of arranging this yourself. When the wheel arrived, our welder inspected it and advised that repairing only one crack would be unsafe and ineffective, as the second crack would continue to leak air and could quickly damage the new tyre. For that reason, he was only prepared to repair both cracks or not proceed at all.
By the time the wheel reached our workshop it was around 4:30pm, and our welder finishes at 5:00pm. We therefore had to make a decision quickly, as delaying to wait for a response would have meant the repair could not be completed that day, leaving your vehicle off the road. We authorised both repairs with the intention of getting you safely back on the road the same day.
When we spoke to you afterwards, we explained why both repairs had been carried out. We also explained that we had not charged for the additional journey to transport the wheel to and from our workshop, despite this normally being charged at half of our standard call-out fee. To help resolve the situation, we also waived the charge for the second weld, meaning you only paid for the original repair that had been discussed.
We are sorry that you felt our communication was rude or unprofessional, as that was never our intention. Our priority throughout was to ensure your wheel was repaired safely and that you were not put at risk of damaging your new tyre or being left without your vehicle. We wish you all the best and thank you again for taking the time to leave your feedback.
