Extremely helpful from start to finish. My selected charity was delighted as was I.

The agent was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. She explained the process well and booked the collection. It was very easy and pleasant to do and I felt relief and joy.

As always they took the stress out of disposing of my car after a small bump, with the added feel good factor of giving any profit to the charity of my choice.

The experience was always simple and helpful

After a bereavement. There were all the usual things to sort out. But also a car that had be sitting on the drive for over 12 months due to ill health. The Mot had expired and Car would no longer start. We lived over 120 miles away so was difficult for us to arrange sorting the car and then selling it. Give a car collected the car we didn't have to be present which was very useful because of the distance. Confirmation the car had been sold took a while to come through but after the sale we were told how much it made after fees this amount then donated to a charity close to the heart of the person who passed away.

Very easy to use. No fuss pickup. Nice to know money is going to good causes. Great idea donating a vehicle takes the hassle out of doing yourself when it comes time to give up driving. Ans best thing we are giving back to those in need. Thanks guys.

Despite having three abortive attempts at picking my car up they did eventually arrive and it all went smoothly. Didn’t quite get the amount we expected but as there was a low loader involved I guess I should have known better.
