Shipping was a bit sketchy at first but just a lot of custom delay according to their support email. Products came in and I should’ve gotten another size up but the quality was pretty poor besides the hoodies. The sweatshirts for Choso are not it. 170$ for 70$ quality in total

Prodotto arrivato integro e relativamente in poco tempo (1 mese ma durante le vacanze natalizie), da notare che dall'italia (o almeno con gmail) la loro mail di suplorto non esiste e bisogna rivolgersi alla casa madre cinese (sono riuscito ad avere l indirizzo mail tramite paypal)

I ordered an item on this site, the pakage was delivered on the floor of the building so it got stolen. No consideration from Gintok even if the delivery is their responsibility.
Just very generic messages with no refund.
40 USD lost thanks to Gintok, they are thieves.

I just got my order and I’m really happy with it but it’s too big so then I check the website and they don’t sell that item any more? What do I do?

Absolutely do not buy from this company!!!! The Customer Service is absolute garbage, the products are absolutely absolute garbage and nothing is as stated. The sizing is so poor! I ordered a three XL sweater thinking it would be oversized. It was more like a toddlers medium. I ordered a light box. It came damaged. I ordered shorts and they had zero stretch to it. Do not buy from this company. I was also told I was going to get a free gift when you spend over $70 and I never got it and when I asked Customer Service about it they refuse to help me, thank God I bought through PayPal and got my money back.

Ich würde es niemanden empfehlen. Es ist eine Seite was Designs von Designer klaut. Zb Nyusekai, Shihiko etc. Ich habe es ausprobiert und muss nun alle zurück schicken. Der Stoff ist zwar super aber die Farbe stimmt von vorn bis hinten nicht. Abgesehen davon ist der Druck total falsch. Da kann man selbst besser machen. Ein Glück Antwort der Support recht schnell und akzep meine Rückgabe (innerhalb 30 Tage ab Ankunft). Noch ein Minus Punkt ist, dass man die Kosten der retoure selbst tragen muss und es nach China versenden muss. Aber dennoch günstiger als den Verkauf selbst. Von daher zurück schicken und nie mehr kaufen! Bitte Leute, auch wenn der Preis echt inordnung ist, Kauf lieber von der originale Seite und spart euch den Stress und die billige Qualität. Es ist eigentlich nicht mal ein Stern wert..

À fuir ! Produit de mauvaise qualité et non conforme aux photos. La couleur ne correspond et le flocage est tellement mal exécuté qu’il ne ressemble pas au contenu. La taille ne correspond pas non plus, rien ne va. Le service client est horrible car ils ne reconnaissent pas leur erreur et vous propose d’effectuer un retour à votre charge en Chine (le prix du sweat super !)

I received one of their hoodies, it was such poor quality so thin and see thru felt like shein material, i contacted customer service and they offered me no solution all they said they would give is $6 compensation, what a joke. don’t order from them it’s a scam it’s not what is on the website, don’t waste ur money

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! ITS BASED IN CHINA!
I ordered 4 large hoodies from they and they ran like Small-Med. You can't file a claim or request a return, I emailed them and they told me I was responsible for shipping to items back to China, which it would cost me around $50 or more. So ridiculous.
Not a legit company!! Do not purchase from them

I brought a hoodie from there and then swiftly found out it was a scam website. I attempted to get a refund but the customer service team is terrible and hardly even answered my request. I had completely forgotten about my order until out of no where today it came. The hoodie was the wrong colour and the design was off and it was clearly a knockoff. The only positives are is that the hoodie did actually come, it’s not awful material and despite being the wrong colour it’s not the worst hoodie I’ve ever purchased. With that being said I would not recommend this brand and i’d highly encourage you to go support the real brands that this company is copying from (e.g shihiko)

Viel Geld ausgeben für schlechte Qualität, die Bilder entsprechen nicht dem was man bekommt

Avoid this site at all costs, they copy clothing from other brands and make cheap copies that is nothing like the real thing.

Also, meine Bestellung kommt jetzt stück für stück. Abgesehen von einem schlechten druck ist der stoff bis jetzt ganz gut, dennoch würde ich niemandem empfehlen hier für viel geld einzukaufen. Lieber zu Shihiko.com und die originalen designer+ verkäufer supporten

Ordered before Christmas, and item just got here on January 8th. The quality is terrible. Cheap and thin, and the style was not what was shown on the site.

Leider ist der Shop irgendwas, was geklaute Designs verkauft. Man bekommt irgendeinen billige Aliexpress Kopie und wartet auch noch ewig darauf.
Leider bin ich darauf reingefallen.
Der Support antwortet nicht bzw. Support Email existiert nicht, hoffe dass ich über Paypal mein Geld zurückbekomme.
