FRAUD! BLOODY LOSERS!

Don’t use this company, absolute fraudsters. I placed an order to be delivered between 29th July and 5th August, even contacted them and was told it will be delivered by 5th August, still no sign of the order! Don’t use these scammers.

This is not a professional company ! No feedback No customer service! No delivery since 2 weeks ! I wont order again !

This is really horrible website. pls dont order anything from here. its just the money minting bussiness they do. they really dont deliver any product and its not possible to reach customer care. we really dont know how this website is still active and people like us will be doomed

It is fraud website. Gift was not delivered. Money also gone and they are not responding to the phone call. their number is switched off. Not responding to mails or messages. completely spoiled our surprise for my niece birthday.

This is a scam. They take payment but products aren’t delivered and no one responds at customer service. Be very careful

I ordered Flowers and Cake for my Father's birthday which site promised to deliver on his birthday however I am writing this 6 days later when its still not delivered. I have tried calling, they don't pick up phone, the message says phone is switched off. I have sent several mails, no response at all. I think these guys have just made a nice website but not doing the job they are meant to do. I rarely leave negative feedback but I feel this website needs reporting so that no one can be conned by them.

Whereas the delivery was same day, the product itself was absolute worthless. I ordered from the website a beautiful pink vase pink flower combo for 30$. What was delivered was white closed flowers in a clear glass vase.Only thing pink was a pink bow. So sh***. Never ordering again from them

Very very bad dont waste your time and money. The order is not delivered and they wont pick the calls and no reply to the emails, so totally waste of time

Totally upset with there customer service experience...no Time line for a simple request to resend the e voucher...which was misplaced in email..but they kept postponing from today tomorrow and other tomorrow..sorry ..etc etc ..etc..

I placed an order using this , but its not delivered and no response over the mails and calls.
No one picks the call. Please use other services to send gifts.

this company is fraud. Please do not order from them. i order early enough to make sure my order will delivar on time. but no they did not delivar. i will write them to consumer report.

My Rakhi has not been delivered yet. They are big frauds.
Worse company ever. This company is not reliable, trustworthy and professional. Last year they delivered stale and cheap dry fruits and assured me will never happen next time. This time they didn’t deliver the rakhi on time then what’s the use of spending so money and not getting it delivered on time, I should have couriered it. They only care about money and not the deliveries. The customer service is so bad, for three days I tried to trace it and they kept on telling me it will get delivered and assured me 100 percent. They are frauds and deliberately stealing your money.

They didnt even bother to update me that they didnt deliver the gifts I sent.

The worst . I will never ever use this site. Anyone who wants to send gifts, there are many trusted sites .

I ordered anniversary gift for my parents 24 flowers and 1kg dry fruits including raisins, walnuts, almonds and pistachios Order id YGTI-070320191346702). what they got was rotting flowers and 500g of raisins and 10 almonds. THESE GUYS ARE CHEATS!!!! DONOT ORDER FROM THEM. what a disappointment. SHAME ON GIFTS TO INDIA. EITHER REFUND MY MONEY OR SEND THE CORRECT GIFTS TO MY PARENTS.

The giftstoindia.com is totally fake and fraud company. I placed an on-line order for Diwali sweets to be sent to my dear ones in U.S. The company never delivererd my order. When I sent multiple emails to check the status of my order, everytime they replied after 3 days; "Thanks for contacting the customer support. We have already forwarded your complain to our relevant department."
They are cheaters. I would request everyone never to use this site. The site should be totally shut down. The only mistake I did was that I did not read the reviews of this site as I was in rush. I believed the site and they cheated me. I am writing this review to let everyone know how some websites in India are totally fraud who rip off the innocent customers and play with their feelings.
