I have no idea what went wrong
I have no idea what went wrong. I was trying to send a VISA e-card to my granddaughter in Victoria B.C., who is at school there, in time for her birthday. And somehow it got refused and held up and I still don't know why. Now she has gone home to Minnesota, so a Canadian-dollar VISA isn't all that valuable any more. I live in Toronto. It made sense to me to send her Canadian dollars while she is at school in B.C. Bit itappears to be too much trouble for your system.

Removing the split option
Removing the split option is not a great idea. In order to purchase 2 of the same card and send to separate recipients I had to add 1 at a time to my cart. Before I could add 10 and split and enter 10 separate recipients. Plus I had to reach out to chat to get help as I continued to look for something I thought I was missing and being stupid, but instead the split option was removed. Was better the customer, just saying.
