They don't even deserve the one star given to them - Absolutely worst order ever, will never ever purchase from them again - not only did the fruits came rotten - they sent the wrong basket of fruits and telling me this is what I ordered - then the wrong basket of fruits did not even have one item that was confirmed should be there - I sent pictures and everything - and now I'm being told to return the item at my expense to get a full refund - absolute scammers - the pictures alone of rotten fruits should guarantee a customer full refund - it's called good customer service.

Stale doughnuts!

I ordered the hamper basket donoughts one week ago and I only received them today. I reached out to the customer service team and was advised that the donoughts would be sent out as soon as they could see the tracking. They apologised and only offered me a refund for the delivery. Fast forward, the donoughts have come today and they look so out of date and have been sweating in the containers. I was advised by the customer service team that the donoughys stay fresh for up to a week, so it was to my suprise that I bit into them today when they arrived and they were rock hard and stiff. I am absolutely disappointed with the service from this company and I await to hear from the team regarding a FULL refund due to the bad service and stale donoughts despite paying express delivery.

Very disappointed with the quality of the products received which looked nothing like the photos on their website . Poor quality merchandise and cheap substitutions.

I ordered the Jumbo Hamper, during payment an error occurred and so I had to repeat the process. I did not realise this changed the delivery details until I got confirmation. I sent 2 messages trying to ensure the address was changed but no response until December 23, 2024 even though they claim a 24hr response.
The hamper was not delivered until December 21, 2024 which is more than 1-2 Day Delivery I paid for.

The fruits then arrived spoilt and rotten as can be seen from the pictures below. I asked for a refund but was told unless I sent the spoilt items back they can't process one.

I can't upload the pictures I sent them here, but
the fruits had rotted so badly, they started to affect the material of the basket and even left green mold on the bottle. The oranges had turned green from mold, the pineapple had mold and was overripe as was the bananas which were scarred, blackened and bruised. The plums and grapes were soft and soggy.

How unhealthy and disgusting expecting people to send back rotten and spoilt food through the post.

I shall not use again and will never recommend to anyone.
If they were reputable they should have a dedicated Customer number so problems can be addressed and rectified quickly.

The company was so brilliant from the start by replying to all my emails and putting together the package I was hoping for. The donuts were beautifully presented and tasted amazing! It was perfect as an alternative to a 50th birthday cake and everyone loved them.

Quick delivery and absolutely beautiful hampers will definitely buy again.

Dreadful company to deal with. Ordered a hamper with them and an item was missing. After emailing pictures of the poorly presented hamper, which may I add looks nothing like the photos they advertise , they didn’t believe me and were quite rude in their responses. Had they just have sent the missing item they wouldn’t find theirselves with yet another bad review.

I gave this as a gift, went down well . Beautifully wrapped, prompt delivery great service from start to finish

Very, very disappointed with the quality of the products (fruit) the delivery was poor and late.This fruit box was sent as a present the recipient had to pay £5 excess postage!!
The replacement basket offered seemed to have been made up with the days leftovers

My sister❤️ sent me a beautiful hamper for Eid and was blown away! Beautifully wrapped and so much variety. It came with a lovely printed card too! Very impressed!!

Have been trying to call there customer services in regards to my order which I didn't receive, tried calling for the past few days haven't even got through, I wouldn't give them one star

Wish I read this before. I ordered the halal hamper for £94 and opted for 1-2 days. No update no replies to my emails or calls. Really upset and annoyed at myself for trusting a website like this.

Update: so after sever emails and calls I finally received my hamper today. I wish I could add pictures here. ( if anyone know how to let me know please) I opted for halal candecious JUMBO hamper. The date box has only 9 dates, so you can imagine!! same with the other boxes they are so small. Candy cones is not included. All the products are so cheap quality and anyone can buy them under £35. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You will waste your time and money. Really sad people scammed you like this during RAMADAN.

Don't order from these people! They advertise one thing and then send you a cheap version and then nevr get back to you call them they just fob you off by saying they will escalate it will take this amount of time kid you not I caller 10+ times eventually had to give up as it was getting ridiculous paid a lot of money for the box to be cardboard not woven not everything in the box and it to be leaking everywhere rubbish products and services. They say they will call you back they never do. Also they go round deleting reviews from website so you can't even get proper customer feedback

I ordered from this company thinking they are genuine and will provide professional service. I am absolutely ashamed in sending this hamper to my friend and her family. Firstly it arrived after Eid, even though I have selected a specific delivery service and paid extra for it, it did not arrive on time and two dates late. Secondly once it arrived, it was as if a child put it together, it was very badly presented and looked very cheap.
Finally the barfi was stale and most likely out of date, I got very bad review from my guest and feel deeply ashamed for sending this hamper. I tried to contact them and after 45 minutes of being on hold I hanged up. I will be reporting them as I have consumer rights. This doesn't even deserve one star.
