Esperando 10 días sin ninguna notificación sobre el proceso del pedido.
Al contactar, después de otro día esperando, me dicen que el producto no está disponible y ofrecen otro alternativo.
Confirmado el cambio, otra semana sin noticias ni reembolso de la diferencia de precio. Al reclamar otra vez, confirman por fin el envío y proceden a reembolsar la diferencia de precio.

Producto perfecto pero el envío tarda muchísimo. 26 días… francamente mejorable

If you are an international buyer I would avoid this business at all costs! They only use US & Euro and if you cancel a order or make changes they will not refund the same exchange at time of order or refund any difference. They also charge a very high fee for using PayPal. I am out $400 due to the incompetence of their ordering department. They could have issued a store credit but did not even offer. They also could have offered a credit for my lost funds applied to a new order as a customer courtesy at the least since they are just going to get it back anyway but again zero interest in customer retention. If you continue to complain they just start ignoring you & will not call you back in person even if you request it. Rated: 💩....😡🤬

La peor tienda online en la que he comprado en el último año. Llamo previamente para hacer una consulta sobre la talla de unos escarpines. No muestran ningún tipo de interés. El envío decía 24-48 horas y tarda 9 días en llegar. Finalmente vale más el cambio de talla que el propio producto. No volveré a comprar Jamás.

El dueño es muy irresponsable, no tiene palabras, se esconde y no da la cara, hace que los empleados mientan por el, además es un estafador, le alquilamos el barco para ir a bucear solo 2 personas a 2 lugares distintos y solo fue hasta el Bóreas y el segundo buceo,solo recorrió 20 metros y no quiso ir al otro lugar donde se le pagó para eso, también le compramos un ordenador y todavía estamos esperando que nos devuelva el IVA, es de lo peor este personaje

Estuvimos en Palamos el viernes pasado y la verdad nos atendieron super bien, el material q alquilamos estaba en perfectas condiciones, todo muy bien organizado….repetiremos!!

Advertised product not available in the colour I ordered, took Two days to finally sort another colour (they didn't have the second choice either) missed the expected delivery date due to delay and I had to get it forwarded on from original address.

Innitially ordered product was unavaiable but thanks to good communication with the staff I have receiverd accepted replacement.
