Compré hace una semana una resina de Prime 1 con ellos, llegó super protegida y en perfecto estado, me la enviaron desde Alemania, aquí a España salió un Martes y hoy Viernes la tengo, impoluta y precio imbatible y con fotos de las cajas empaquetadas antes de enviarlas, todo por correo electrónico, sinceramente mis dieces.

Die Figur kam sehr gut verpackt und in hochwertiger Qualität an. Leider war ich jedoch enttäuscht von der Reaktion, als ich eine beschädigte Figur erhielt. Der Verkäufer meinte, der Schaden sei minimal und man könne es kleben. Für mich war das nicht akzeptabel, da ich eine einwandfreie Figur erwartet hatte, gerade für den höheren Preis. Ich war auch bereit, die Figur auszutauschen, statt mein Geld zurückzubekommen. Es gab ein Hin und Her, und am Ende bekam ich zwar mein Geld zurück, doch mir wurde gesagt, dass ich keine Artikel mehr bei ihm kaufen dürfe, obwohl ich nur meinem Recht nachging
Since I had a great experience last time, I wanted to buy another statue, this time a little bit bigger and heavier, Itachi 1:8 by Hex Collectibles. I contacted Giorgio by email, he told me he had only one last piece, and he was very open and honest about a minor outer box damage( the box weighs 60kg and it's huge, importation from China can leave some minor marks on the outer box). He offered me a generous discount for that minor box damage and offered me to fix it. Shipping was very quick as usual, and in less than a week the statue arrived.
Unboxing was a great experience as always with Hex Collectibles, and every and each piece of the statue was in PERFECT shape and condition. The damage on the outer box was barely visible (great fixing).
I cannot spend enough kind words about Giorgio and Gheroes Europe, the professionality, great communication, perfect shipping and products make this shop the number one place to buy figures/statues in Europe in my opinion. I will be always shopping from them at least. 100% safe and reliable

I bought the ''HEX Collectibles - Uchiha Itachi 1/8 Statue" from here. It is the only place in Europe I could find it. To be honest, because of the so called 'negative' reviews below, I thought this is a ''too good to be true'' scenario. I've sent a message to Giorgio asking about the availability of the statue, then we've talked for a couple of days in order to build the trust I needed. I'm so glad I did this. He is a super nice and professional guy. He delivered exactly what was promised: I got the Statue in perfect condition in 4 days (from Germany to Romania). Everything was smooth, no delays, tracking link checked daily. I'm definitely coming back for more.
