I bought it and they didn't deliver my product or give me my money back. I have contacted them several times using the contacts available on the company's website and they have not responded.

Update on August 8th:
Despite the fact that i still did not get a response whatsoever , today i received the product and it's working ok! So, mixed feelings with this experience with ggmm.com, but in the end it was ok for me!

August 5th:
My experience with this site is 100% negative! I ordered a battery base for Nest Mini 2 on July 25th.
I received a shipping tracking number a day later. The tracking number does'nt exist on the site of the deliver company!

They charged my card, so i allready paid the product.

I've tried reaching out to GGMM.com via their support email but have received no response whatsoever.

And now i received a text message from an unknown number pretending that they are from UPS and ask for an additional tax to pay on a link that is on ups-ports.com domain...

So, this site is a scam...i don't know how they get positive reviews some years ago...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered a battery base for Google Nest Mini on January 10th. I got a shipping confirmation about a week later. The shipping confirmation has not updated since then.

I've tried reaching out to GGMM.com on their chat and via their support email but have received no response whatsoever.

Scam site. Payment deducted but no updates on the order as well as all the contact info given are fake. Complaint against this site.

COMPLETELY FRAUD.

Ordered directly with GGMM as amazon wanted twice the price! Really impressed. Got dispatched within hours of me placing the order and overall took 7 days from ordering to reach me. Really high quality product, would 100% order again, perfect experience.

I ordered an Echo 4 battery base back in March.
Delivery was a little slow, but that wasnt a problem.
It sits in our spare room permanently on charge.
The other day we thought we would move it to the garden. Display was showing full charge (4 blue dots). Unplugged and and everything died.
Unplugged the Echo and charged the battery pack, 1 min later ( and lots of flashing lights) and it showed full charge. Tried again and all failed!!!
Then the fun REALLY starts. Went to paypal to track the supplier domain- no longer active ( sent a dispute to paypal) Found a Facebook promoting their products, made a comment - still no reply 2 days.
later. Found a facebook page (GGMM Support, worrying) Not allowed to make posts but sent a message. got a reply saying they needed the invoice number etc that I could get from my order history - Except the domain On my paypal invoice is not live anymore! I replied attaching a copy of my paypal transaction.
How long this will take to sort out Lord only knows.
But like all these situations, its not getting a refund its about having a good working product.
Sadly I havent got one of those and it looks like a battle ahead!!!

Echo dot d3+ Took a week to dispatch and got to me in 3 weeks. Works and happy customer. Legit brand. You can buy on Amazon also but I couldn’t at the time.
Customer service on website didn’t reply at all but doesn’t matter now I have the product.

Brilliant customer service
I received a Echo dot3 portable charging unit D3 for Christmas and I had a slight problem, contacted a lovely lady at Ggmm called Sylvie who contacted me the same day as I made the query. Sorted it with a replacement unit within 2 days and they didn’t even expect me to send the old unit back which is just brilliant customer service.

Nice way to start the new year . Can’t thank them enough for the ease of working with a very professional company 👍😄

Great company let's make them famous. Echo dot battery dock

Twice offered a promo, with no instructions on how to claim promo, back and forth messages with one word answers from support. Just poor in customer Svc, response and a waste of time. Ultimately, support never followed up and didn’t offer any explanation.

I got chairs and other things from ggm which I still haven't received in 4 months now. When the chairs came first some were a completely different colour than others. I told them and they told to send a picture, after that they started to say all kind of stuff like it's been long the stuff was sent and they can not give me the proper ones. Also, some of the chairs don't form properly.

I bought a GGMM E5-200 Bluetooth speaker. Unfortunately I lost the charger. The wonderful guys at GGMM sent to me a free charger.
That’s what I call customer service!

Hvis du køber noget i Ggm gastro og det ikke virker, er der ikke noget at gøre.
Anbefaledes ikke.
De syntes åbenbart at det er fear at hvis dine helt nye maskiner går i stykker er det dit ansvar at betale for reperationerne det er ikke sådan jeg forstod deres garanti.
De vi kun sende dele efter man har brugt flere penge på at reperear maskinerne end man har købt skraldet for.

I can not believe it, I found it, that's the wireless speaker I long for. It suits for my study room very well, and sounds very amazing. I will ask my friends in to buy it too.
