Such a simple and amazing service!

As a customer I want the least effort possible to receive my products and this has surpassed my expectations !

A very simple portal to click products and then they arrived within 2 days ( it may have even been 1 😃)

So friendly when I needed to ask a product related question and very quick to respond d too.

I will absolutely be ordering direct from them again - keep up the good work !

And how could I not mention the personalised box that it was delivered in along with a beautiful little tote bag as well. Such lovely and meaningful touches. X

I have always ordered my beauty product via my therapist. But found that the system had changed. Fortunately Rosie of Crystal Rose had transferred to GetHarley . Brilliant service, with discount and really fast. Love it.

I think I came across this on Instagram and had been visiting Harley St for other medical needs, so I thought I’d give it a try.
It is so affordable and I got a consultation with Dr Aimee where she not only predicted what cheap products I’d been using (and were actually worsening my skin’s condition) but she guessed what lifestyle factors I also had that was contributing to my poor skin.
She gave me some advice re diet and then gave me a plan of products - she went through the key products that I should go for if I had a tight budget, and then explained the ‘nice to have’ products that enhanced the plan. She explained I could buy them elsewhere if I wanted, but when I compared the prices it was actually cheapest to buy via GetHarley.
I noticed changes within just a few weeks, and I went from using about 15 different face products per day (most of which had been harming me) to using about 7 products per day as per my GetHarley plan.
I never used to go without makeup before but now I go without makeup about half the time! Dr Aimee also recommended makeup brands that would work with my skin and this has helped a lot - the CC cream she suggested from a particular brand is absolutely incredible for my skin and has amazing coverage and I hadn’t heard of the brand before.
I’ve ended up saving money by not wasting on pointless ointments and potions but using the plan Dr Aimee gave me.
I don’t normally do reviews (I should I know!) but my face has always been a huge complex and the difference in how I look and feel is just incredible and I would love other women to access this absolute gem!
On top of all this, Sophie from GetHarley has been checking in with me every now and then, and when I’ve asked about things like dark circles or pigmentation, she refers back to Dr Aimee with my photos and then comes back to offer an adjustment to my plan, and often sends discount codes too. So the customer service and client appreciation side of things is also amazing!! ❤️❤️

Get Harley are a great service provider - they are in contact with you regularly, and from an actual person not a computer, frequently offer discounts and very swiftly resolved the issue I had with a faulty pump on one of my products. A replacement was sent immediately and the advisor was extremely polite and helpful.

Great customer service!!! Quick response time and very flexible in terms of budget to ensure no matter your price range, you are able to make a difference to your skincare.

good. You can get a consultation with a really good dermatologist within a reasonable price. The consultation is quick but they provide a curated skincare routine for you. My skin has been looking better but only downside is that sometimes there is a delay with answering questions. I understand they have a high volume of messages but its so frustrating when your skin is breaking out and it takes them over a week to get back to you and then a couple more days to provide advice.

I'm giving 2 stars for communication, the products are really good but the speed of delivery and communication are absolutely terrible! I was expecting an order delivery, I ordered Wednesday, it was 2-3 days to be delivered... waited until last night to ask where they were, one items out of stock and the others not even been dispatched yet!!!! Company needs an overhaul for customer service, WhatsApp only is ridiculous especially when you wait upto a week for a reply!!!!!!

Fantastic and attentive service. I am due to get laser treatment for my very stubborn acne that I have had for 12/13 years and my dermatologist recommended a skin care plan to me. I’m so thankful it was Get Harley. What a service. And the products are just amazing. This is the first time in my life I have tried products that I haven’t had some sort of a bad reaction to and for that I am very grateful. Don’t know what I did without you guys. Great experience, excellent customer service

This is hands down the BEST medical grade skincare I've used. Having previously used Medik8 and another brand and seeing no difference, I wasn't in high hopes but my GOODNESS this brand has surpassed my expectations. I'm forever being told that my skin is glowing- as a teenager and woman in my 20s I always looked tired and dull so it's definitely not genetic! The customer service is top notch! Would definitely recommend!! It's been life changing!

Having seen Dermatologist in early June and was informed that I would hear about my medical grade skin care by WhatsApp i was surprised well i wasn't disappointed it was very easy to navigate and straight forward delighted with the service and products
