VERY slow dispatch / delivery
Useful to get prescription grade skincare, but the delivery is so slow. Apparently dispatched via Royal Mail 48hr tracked service but it’s never passed to Royal Mail in time and ends up being atleast 5 days after order.

Couldn't reccomend more - such an easy platform to use, and super quick available appointments. Dr Alaa has cleared by acne within 4 weeks, never had such good results so fast.

No point if they can’t give you prescription
Unfortunately most of the products are more then double their actual price, worse the products I was recommended are to treat something I wasn't concerned about and didn't even discuss as my major concern. As I had never heard of them, I assumed they would be special and worth it. Expensive lesson
Edit: I developed a sensitive to the products, I got back in contact and they recommended a cleanser. Their are myriad of very effective cleansers available from the high street. I wasn’t going to pay for another cleanser when that wasn’t the issue I had contacted them for. I went back to using products I researched myself which cleared up my skin. I didn’t need to purchase any of the products from this service as I already had products that did the same thing at a quarter of the price. Not impressed with recommendations for products that’s have no reviews. Very expensive, could of seen a dermatologist.

I was skeptical at first as I'd been bombarded with skin care trends online and wanted to get some clarity. I found get Harley and Dr Alaa to be so helpful, non judgemental and kind. In 6 months I've seen a huge difference to my skin, its glowing- the hyperpigmentation has reduced and it's much smoother. I'm looking forward to continuing my journey

I've ordered one 100ml SPF Synergy…
I've ordered one 100ml SPF Synergy Sunscreen online.
After my order I've received an email the 100ml Synergy Sunscreen is out of stock but they can give me two 50ml Sunscreen and it's already dispatched for the same price.
As soon as I've received this email I've emailed them back I don't need two 50ml item if they can't provide my original item I would like to cancel my order and get the refund.
Unfortunately the item has arrived, nobody answered on my email.
It's impossible to contact them.
After many weeks emailing them I've managed to get a refund label. I've sent the item back with the hope I get my refund.
Since that I've never heard from them and nobody answers on my email and I haven't received any refund.
I would never recommend them due the lack of communication and unable to get in touch with them.
Also I've found unfair they haven't asked if I am happy to receive a different item, they automatically sent it to me.
It's been months and my problem hasn't been solved yet.

I cannot rate this company high enough. Firstly the products I’ve purchased are game changers, and well worth the cost. Second, the customer service is through the roof! They are extremely friendly, considerate, and attentive. I’ve had issues, twice, with the packaging of one of their products that I can’t live without, and twice, they have replaced the product at zero cost to me. This show of commitment to their customers means everything to me and is very rare in Britain.
I can’t recommend this company enough and will go no further for all my skin care needs.

They will liaise with my prescriber if I ever have any questions, they check in regularly to see how things are going, and while there has been a delay or two on certain products in stock they always send a text to update on progress! Poor communication-
Ordered on Sunday 4th May and still not received anything- very disappointed as the ordering process was so easy to do - poor communication and constant chasing has left me rethinking using this company am so upset about this as I have worked hard to maintain a skin care routine which I can’t do without any products !!

I’ve been using Get Harley since December 2024 when a skincare practitioner I visited recommended some products through them. My skin has never looked better since using the products recommended and it’s a really easy to use service. I have been able to ask for additional recommendations and when I’ve wanted to change the dates of my subscription that’s been done quickly via messaging/email.
