Bellhop Moving - Austin, TX Omdömen 72

This is an update to my previous review. First off, the movers, Sinatra and (I do not remember the names of the other 2 movers.) did their job and were professional, but they missed most instructions (language barrier) and caused damage to my house. They were very heavy handed. The leader literally stood over me to watch me write my first review and demanded a tip, starting that they don't get paid much. I will never hire this company, again!

Ari & Team were great! They showed up on time and went straight to work. They were super professional and efficient. They packed up our rented U-HAUL perfectly - nothing was damaged during the move. I can give them my highest praise for the job very well done!

Bellhop is a terrific service that was super easy to use. James was a great project lead moving us in and out of our pod. He is professional, courteous and hardworking. His partner Cameron was also a total pleasure to work with. They took great care of our furniture and our home which was newly painted. They made a hard job look easy. The team was absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to ensure my belongings were safe and sound during the move. They even took the time to place everything exactly where I wanted it. And before they left, they made sure everything was in perfect order. This was an incredible service experience, far surpassing a 5-star rating.

Ari and his crew were fast and efficient and earned every penny. All were pleasant during the move and they made what is usually a difficult situation into one that had no worries whatsoever. Prompt and on time, no surprises,

Eric was a fantastic helper. He showed up right on time with positive energy, professional and friendly. He was able to get the job done in such a short period of time. He also helped gave us new suggestions and recommendations as new Austin residents. I appreciate his hard work especially climbing up the 3 flights of steps

I had a great experience using Bellhop. Everyone was punctual and careful with my items. Abdinoor, KeShawn, Martin, and Robert did a wonderful job loading up the truck, and Jonathan, Raphael, and Jorge were quick and efficient on the other end when moving in. I'd recommend this service!
