Andre from Get Heated arranged to come out to look at our boiler as an emergency. He was professional and efficient, very helpful in solving the problem. Boiler was fixed the same day. Pricewise, very reasonable and honest. I found Andre to be trustworthy and felt he was so genuine and empathetic to my situation. Will definitely be using this company again. Highly recommended. 5 star service.

What you need when your boiler packs in is a trusted repairer, picking up the phone, saying I ‘ll be there first thing tomorrow morning, showing up and then finding a fault he can repair!! That’s what you get with Andre, someone with the skills and knowhow, and someone who doesn’t try to insist on a new boiler when the old one can be repaired!! Highly recommended!!!

5 star service and very competitive price, Andrei has fittef few boilers/general plumbing/servicing for me over 10 years on my rented properties and my personal house. He is most trustworthy and reliable gas registered I can count on, I always recommend him to my friends and family.

Fast, reliable and trustworthy!
Andre has great communication skills in addition to his fantastic technical skills. He managed to changed our boiler ststem (in fact converting our older system with the newer one) whilst reassuring us throughout the process.
