All safes are covered by statutory consumer warranty in accordance with applicable regulations.
In case of manufacturing defects or lack of conformity, the Customer is entitled to free repair or replacement of the Product, at no additional cost. Where legally applicable, the Customer may request a price reduction or contract termination with a corresponding refund.
We are responsible for conformity defects that appear within 24 months from delivery. Claims may be exercised within 26 months from the delivery date.

Great comeback
Things went a bit wrong at first, but my main man Dan from Genie Hand made everything great, really quickly. I'm super happy about my experience (the safe is awesome too). Highly recommended.

Very nice Contact to the Company
Very nice Contact to the Company. I never asked for any discount, just Hand some Questions regarding the product. When i payed the Full Amount which was written in the internet, they transfered Money back! they said, in my case they could give me a discount! Wow! Super exceptional nice behavior. Thanks for all.

Firstly, this is the only safe if it’s kind which offers a time lock.
Helps you to combat cravings and addictions EXTREMELY EFFECTIVELY.
Lovely compact size.
High quality product.
A MUST HAVE!
Mounts to the floor and wall (many safes do not have this feature).
The time lock is really easy and intuitive to use and works well straight out of the box.
Really nice compact design but large enough to hold plenty of valuable items also.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Best product in the industry
The Genie Hand safe is in my opinion the best time lock product in the industry. It is easy to set up and use. I would recommend the Genie Hand safe to anyone who has temptation and is short on willpower.

Excellent customer service, very fast shipping, great product
Safe works great, and customer service was excellent--very responsive and friendly. My order arrived damaged, and they reshipped immediately upon seeing pictures and it arrived from Italy to my home in the U.S. in two days. Safe is easy to use and seems well-built. Very happy with this company, their customer service, and their product.
