Order not delivered
I'm based in Switzerland, ordered the product online via genesisfootwear.com, my order status shows "completed" within their portal but I've never received the product. After contacting the support, all I have received is a tracking number from DHL for me to follow up with them. Apparently no information is available after the product crossed the DE boarder. Bottom line so far, I spent EUR 120 on something and have not received the good.
