Finally found a good clone of the discontinued Santos de Cartier. I took a chance and ordered the 100ml size bottle and am so glad I did. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Fragrance was shipped and arrived quickly with great customer service.

I had the team create a four fragrance custom hybrid blend for me and it was a hit with my friends and especially the lady in my life. This past weekend I attended a candle making class and on a whim I brought along some of my custom blend and turned it into a candle. The candle scent was fantastic and was the star of the class. I just ordered a much larger amount of my hybrid perfume oil so I can create more things with it. Thank you Generic Perfums.

Ordered from Generic Perfumes for the first time, the product came in good shape and smelled just like the original perfume. I have been a long time customer and I'm done with this company for good. I.placed an order and one of my bottles arrived damaged, completely broken and my oils spilled everywhere. I notified them and all they said was they will replace it when I placed a new order. Why should I place a new order? You all should have sampled sent me a replacement. It's always an issue whenever a time is damaged. I'm done with them and taking my business elsewhere.

I have nothing but positive experiences with this company. I have been buying fragrances from Generic perfumes for many years now. I find their products to be of very good quality. Whenever I had any issues with my orders, their customer service department always handled them in a timely and satisfying manner. I've been buying quite regularly from them as fragance collector, I've made about 50 orders from them and have had only had issues with 2 orders recently which they corrected in a generous way. Customer service usually responds quickly. I have only experienced one scent which I thought was off from the OG. Otherwise, I find their quality amazing and 99% of the time I prefer them to the OG. Their juice is also 30% extrait and devoid of many of additives of labeled perfumes. I love GP!

I recently ordered and paid for a perfume from the Generic Perfume Store, and I am utterly disappointed with the experience. I received the wrong product—a women’s perfume instead of the one I ordered. Mistakes happen, but the true measure of a company is how they handle them.

After contacting customer service multiple times for a refund, I initially received a response. However, they have since completely stopped replying to my messages. This lack of communication and disregard for their customers is unacceptable.

I urge potential buyers to think twice before purchasing from the Generic Perfume Store. If something goes wrong, don’t expect any support or accountability from their end. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and has left me feeling cheated and ignored. Avoid this store at all costs!

I’m so annoyed with GP right now. I’ve ordered from them several times before and never had a problem but last order they entirely left out one of the perfumes I ordered. Customer service is nonexistent and I’ve not been able to get a refund or get the perfume I bought. I’ve tried all angles to reach someone but no one will help me. WhatsApp usually leaves an auto response saying they are unavailable. I got one message from a person saying to let them know in the notes on my next order! Why would I have to place another order to resolve the issue? What company does that seriously? I said that’s unacceptable and have not heard back. Time to contact my credit card co I guess.

I ordered their oils of Sauvage EDP and Chanel Antaeus impressions. Both were quite rubbish creations infact, which didn't even come close to the originals. The Sauvage EDP was a sweet scent with maybe a 10% similarity to the original and Antaeus was just a plain bad scent with once again only 10% similarity to the original.
I wonder how long these guys have been in this business, that they can't replicate Sauvage? When i raised a complaint on whatsapp with their customner service number, which had assured me that it would be 100% close to the original, their reply was to let them rest in a cold dark place for 2 weeks, so the scent will be developed. I replied that It's been 20 days since I received shipment and they are in cold dark place ever since then.
In response they offered a free 10 ml of my choice from my next order. Considering they messed up my first order, why in the blue blazes would i be spending on this carp again? They advertise something and don't deliver, and the customer rep had the nerve to refer me to their so called "niche" impressions. If they can't clone a designer frag, there's no hope they can do for niche. I told them that I don't want any freebies or replacements just sharing my honest feedback. If you are marketing a product as such, it should at least be 75% similar, no one can do 100%, not even Dua or Alexandria fragrance.

Ordered perfume for my girlfriend for a Christmas present. Delivery was really quick to England BUT was sent mens perfume. After a couple of weeks of chasing was told the ladies perfume was out of stock. Had to WhatsApp the company several times asking fur a refund. Two and a half weeks later still no refund. Company blaming transaction between e-bank and my bank! Utter rubbish as my transaction was with Generic Perfunes.

Bad bad experience and I would advise to steer clear of this company and I have lost money due to this.
