Great found a ring for my partner , good price a quality item.

Left in the letterbox and I was at home with my door open and went out side to see the noise and the van drove away l went on the road to stop it and said to driver why you didn't come to door and was about to tell her more and she drove off not very good this is how things get stolen the only thing she said was l did not think to drop at the door pissed me off not the best of service fix it up.

Great customer service so friendly and polite nothing to much trouble .Been with you since day one .don't always buy but I do have a nice collection.

Great price on a very pretty yellow diamond gold band! I appreciate the price range on your jewelry. Was a bit disappointed in the security of the shipping on this ring though. It was just loose in the box and could have easily fallen through a hole/slit.

Gemporia and within it are beyond 5 stars always thriving to give rare remarkable and unmissable gemstone jewellery opportunities. I do think Gemporia has elevated in jewellery industry more so, since Dave Troth managed to acquire Jades seven years agos, even though it has been and is challenging. However, Dave Troth is one of the few westerner along with Richard W Hughes and Andrew Lucas to gain access to this Eastern hidden gemstone. Dave Troth has and is achieving ripples in the Jade history in the West especially aquiring for Gemporia the first documentation of Morales mine blue Jadeite from Guatemala in west featured in the Gemology magazine In Colour. Dave Troth along with Gemporia has made certified Jades with province accessible to the West like no western has. Dave Troth's having a direct Jade House partnership in China provides us province history on some of the Jades and Jadeites material he has managed to acquire. Dave Troth - David Harry Jewels has a Jade event where there will be other Jade vendors in London at The Peninsula in November and I believe this is an opportunity to view varied Jadeite items in person. For me this will be another learning and research experience - there is always more to discover about Jadeite. I see there is possibility from a designer's perspective the fusion of west and east through inspiration from colour theory, art, Jades and to express through my artistic skills into Jade with gemstone jewellery. The recent Dave Troth's show in Gemporia presenting HuangLong Jade that is also known as a Quartzite Jade, touched upon the mineral elements and the skillful carvers referring this material as a Jade. I believe the skillful carvers sense through feel and touch of the material (just like an artist would know what type of paper or canvas they work on.), will be able to sustain intericate detailed artistry carvings, that they achieve through high grade quality Jadeites. I am interested in how Dave Troth visages Jades going forward as the Jade Market moves on quickly.
The quality DHJ Jades are beautiful and I have purchased several pieces to work into my jewellery designs and I hope to aquiring more that I feel interesting to work with. As I am writing this review I'm thinking of another art movement. Respect to Dave Troth for his hard work and the continuation of the Jade journey in partnership with Gemporia and Gemporia in partnership with also Jewellery Maker. Thank you xx

Been with Gemporia since 2012, great range of jewellery though miss specific collections like they used to have such as arezzo doro, orbis etc.
Still excellent prices, delivery and call centre staff, but do wish they wouldn't spend half a program just talking about the gemstone history without you even able to see them let alone purchase, considerably frustrating compared to the old format, or maybe just me? I like to know about the gemstones but too much of a lesson sometimes these days sorry for me and less entertaining...

I have purchased many pieces from gemporia, all beautiful, I will only buy from gemporia, you know exactly what you are buying it's exactly as stated, its a totally trustworthy company, no fakes, knowledgeable presenters, prices to suit all pockets, what's not to love, perfect.

The order was processed and despatched quickly, and the tracking facility enabled us to anticipate its delivery here in Spain via the local Correos, in safe and secure packaging. The quality is, as ever, top notch.

Seeing as I keep being asked to do these reviews every time I buy something. This time I will do a review on the refunds. For the first time last week I needed to return an item. I thought there would be no problem as the presenters are always talking about a 30 day returns policy which is apparently to them no problem and very easy. The returns label was not prepaid so I had to pay to return the item. It was a ring. They said they would refund the price of the item but not the p&p costs. I have looked at other people's comments on trust pilot on this and they are not to be sniffed at. Gemporia say that they will not refund p&p on items that are not faulty, they said the stone in the ring was naturally cloudy with veins running through it although on the auction they showed the aquamarine to be clear and sparkly. I believe this is false advertising. If the stone a customer is going to receive will not look like the one shown they need to say ' the one you recieve may not look as high quality as this one' then the customer has an informed decision to make. Another argument for gemporia not refunding p&p costs is that they only charge £4.95 for the whole day and you can add to your order and the p&p will be the same cost. However if all you order is jewellery (I have also turned off the option in my account to not receive ring boxes so that the package should always fit through my letterbox) then this deal of £4.95 p&p all day is not as good value. Might I add all other companies I order from all do free delivery and free returns. Especially if the order is above a certain value. I.e over £40. I feel that Gemporia do not value the individual customer as much as they say they do. They certainly did not see me as an individual when they decided not to refund the p&p. Nor did they look at my loyalty to the company. I feel that this experience will mean I will not be ordering any Kimbie or any Christmas presents from kimbie as I do not want to be out of pocket if I needed to return items for the quality not being as good as stated. I feel for refunding p&p gemporia should look at the customers history with them. I will continue ordering jewellery but nothing bigger. I can imagine the costs incurred with sending bigger, heavier items back! So gemporia unfortunately I'm not impressed with your not refunding p&p policy. I have been made to feel like I am just your average customer, not like family like you say customers are. (I know we're not family as I don't pay my family, and if they did owe me something they'd give it back! ) stay professional, and refund p&p without question, unless the customer returns items as often as they buy them.
