Purchased several figures over the last few months and couldn't be happier. All items received in mint condition, extremely well packaged and priced better than the majority of collectible retailers on the market. Highly recommended and looking forward to my next purchases

Won't order from here again.
First order was cancelled and refunded with no communication, did not receive an email so please don't tell me I did!
Thought I'd give them another chance, so paid part payment for pre-order. Received an invoice-email to pay saying will arrive in stock next week, replied asking when due by and if okay to pay in 5days as payday. Was told invoice must be paid in 3days or order is cancelled. I was mistaken on saying they keep the deposit, as refund has been started. So would have added
More stars.

I would like to just add, I Do open and read my emails, as i did yours for payment. I was just unaware I had to open an attachment in the email to read that invoices must be paid in 3days, I asked because I couldn't find the answer on your website about pre orders or invoices. But thank you for telling me you have now cancelled my order because of this actual review.

Update! I'm clearly not the only one looking at the reviews that are not emailed when an order is cancelled so maybe that's an error on your system.
Yes rude little man who belittles and makes you feel you are in the wrong.
I love to support small businesses buying for my collection but when a business makes you feel as bad as you do I won't support them in anyway.

Ordered a NECA Leatherface after foolishly buying one from another site that turned out to be a fake figure. The customer service is straight to the point, but very quick so no complaints. The figure was packaged beautifully, and the NECA figure was authentic as promised. This is a fantastic place to start or build on a figure collection.

Great set at an amazing price, best price I could find anywhere, as always packaged well and quick dispatch, have used before and would definitely use again, highly recommend this company, very happy, thanks.

After reading a couple negative reviews I was apprehensive to order but followed through anyway and I am very happy I did. The two items I ordered arrived within a timely manner (4 days from ordering) in perfect conditon and packaged with care. Thank you, I will definitely be ordering from your business again.

Terrible customer service. Ordered 3rd August, asked on the 15th when order would be dispatched, no response since 16th August, despite asking 3 times since. Will need to reclaim my money through my bank I think. Seems to be a scam. Very disappointing.

Fantastic service couldn’t ask for better

This place is a little hidden gem, my partner is a huge horror fan and I get stuck what to buy him, the guys are so helpful and friendly and go out of their way to accommodate customers, I wanted a gift voucher for my partners daughter which they didn’t do at the time and instead of letting me down they advised me to do an Evoucher and they would honour that in store! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!
