Great customer service
I was very pleased with this company. I ordered an iron which was no longer available so they sent me an email to see if would like a different one. I phoned to check what was happening and the man was really helpful and friendly and sorted it out straight away. The iron arrived two days later. The company appears to be an old fashioned sort ( in a good way!) with great customer service and real people on the other end of the phone. Would use them again.

Great quality of service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Mark and Andy put the washing machine in a difficult place without any grumbling. Even though Mark cheekily asked for biscuits with his coffee. Sorry Mark at only having bourbons.
