Gatwicktaxicab Omdömen

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! We had a group of 4 picked up from London Gatwick and taken to different addresses across South East London after a very late flight, which was delayed by around 2 hours.
Despite the delay and the fact it was around 2am, everything was organised perfectly. Our driver was reliable, professional and friendly, and made the whole journey home completely hassle-free.
It’s not easy travelling at that time of night, especially after a delayed flight, but they made the experience so much easier. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be using them again!

This company are 1st class.
6 people all from different South London addresses picked up in mini bus and taken to Gatwick for 6.45am flight to Pula.
One week later we added 4 people on the way home at 2am and 10 very happy customers.
Can’t recommend them highly enough.
Off to Zante two weeks today and will 100% use these guys.

The driver was really friendly, patient and helpful with instructions about how to get out of the airport and meet him at the car park. The drive to my destination was lovely and smooth.

Such an amazing service. I had initially booked for them to pick up my guests from Gatwick airport but due to a delay they missed their transit flight and had to get a new one to Heathrow. I called Gatwick Taxi Cab about the chnages around 3 am and they made the necessary changes to pick my guests from Heathrow at no extra cost.

My guests' feedback was that the driver was a delight as well. Thank you so much.

I recommend this company!

Your company got me out a hole with a delayed flight, last train missed etc. I made a simple booking on whatsapp and your driver contacted me as planned and was extremely friendly and helpful getting us home safely in the driving rain. Thanks

Excellent service. Very professional.

Easy to book and requested a car seat for child with no problems. When I landed it was made very easy to find pick up point. We're also right on time, very little waiting. Great service.

Our driver was waiting with a clearly visible sign when we arrived at Gatwick and was kind, courteous and very understanding about our flight delay. After returning from our summer holiday and a long day of travelling, the smooth and stress-free journey home was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

Excellent service. Driver very friendly and waiting for us as we came through arrivals.
Very reliable and safe driving experience.
Have already booked them for our next trip in October.

It was good experience. Driver was calm and dropped us in time

Our driver Naveed was prompt, friendly and made the pick up arrangments very easy. Would defintely recommend this service.

Booked a return taxi transfer from LGW to Bognor at a cost of £186
First service went well, pick up however was an absolute disaster, was expecting pick up at midday, at 11.33am the driver calls me to check if i needed a baby car seat, i say no and he replies ok then i’ll see you at 2pm unless you want me to come earlier. I say the pick up is due at midday and he says the office told him 2pm but he’ll leave now. He arrived 50mins late, thus we arrived at the airport 50 mins late. I had arranged to meet an old friend at the airport for a coffee before our flight and we were very late. Apparently it was a software issue…. I complained about the service and Abdul was very apologetic and reassured me that i would receive a partial refund and that he passed it on to his Customer Service Manager. I was offered the grand total of £9.30 as compensation. When I complained further I received an incredibly rude response, was accused of extortion and that the matter was closed! Reliability is of the utmost importance for Airport services. Yes mistakes happen but look after your clients! Not recommended
