Gator Packaging Omdömen

The team was great, very hands-on and responsive. I had a large order I needed rushed, and they were able to work with me to adjust and accommodate based on my needs.

I’m very pleased with the custom soap boxes I ordered through Gator Packaging and will be a repeat Customer. David was extremely helpful not only with helping me understand the design process but also helpful in explaining pricing. I recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality packaging.

5 stars. Gator Packaging absolutely crushed it. Frank was incredible to work with - super responsive, helpful, and genuinely cared that everything was perfect. The boxes turned out exactly how I wanted, the quality is unbelievable, and the pricing was great. Amazing customer service from start to finish.

Love my new bath bomb packaging! Daniel has been very patient with me, as I started talking to him years ago about packaging needs and then needed to step away from my business for awhile. When I was ready to pick back up, Daniel was very helpful and responsive. The boxes are good quality and get lots of compliments. I look forward to working with Gator Packaging again in the future.

Zack at Gator Packing has been absolutely incredible to work with! From start to finish, he helped me design the perfect luxury box for EliteLips, and truly brought my vision to life. His attention to detail, creativity, and patience made the entire process seamless. He understood the high-end aesthetic I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was flawless.

If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about quality and customer satisfaction, Zack is your guy. I’m so grateful for his expertise — the EliteLips boxes turned out stunning! 💖✨

I am very grateful and happy with my Box because it arrived exactly as we planned: the color, material, Logo, letters, Logo color, and the content as well, and the result I received a very nice Box, such as I ordered, I appreciate the Professionalism and patience of Zack, who attended to me very well and always attended to my calls and questions. Also thanks to all those who worked to build my beautiful Box. Another positive point I admire is the timely delivery. Thanks Gator Packaging, I will keep this good and wonderful experience for future orders. Sincerely, EKO International.

David helped me with the whole process and reassured me they would do a good job. He was very friendly and informative. Even after I accidentally got the dimensions of the box design wrong. He was quick to answer all my questions and get back to me with any information. My order came fast and the quality was great. I will definitely order from them again. Thank you!

The boxes are beautiful and very professional-looking and will work very well with our project. They are very well made and with a little care on our part, we hope we can reuse them for a few years.

David was easy to work with. The product was printed beautifully and delivered timely. The pricing was good.

Spent a considerable time emailing Gator Packaging about my specific needs for soap bar boxes. Eric was very patient as I decided what was best for my company. The boxes are stunning… sturdy and well made. I love them… thanks Gator Packaging!

Great communication, great service, and a great product. A job well done. Keep up the great work. Highly recommended.

I was tentative about handing over cash to a company whose finished product was made in far away country. Kind of old fashioned, I know. SURPRISE! Because I trusted Eric Johnson through our emails, I went ahead. With actually minimal graphic information I had to share, the printers in Pakistan did OUTSTANDING work in a reasonable time including shipping for a GREAT price. HIGHLY recommended!

DANIEL! DANIEL WAS AMAZING!!!!! He provided me the best service. HE NEEDS A RAISE simply for his patience and true customer care. I have never in my life experienced such customer service. Thank you Daniel for helping me design the best product boxes for my business and also ensuring that everything was done on time. You are amazing and I appreciate your service .
