What a joke. We paid for 24th hour monitored alarm service, but when the alarm went off, we called the 24 hour number multiple times and there was no one there. No one to tell us what to do re the alarm system or help in any way.
Very nosey, looking at my things, ruining my house, not knowledgable at all, Janos himself did not know too well what he was talking about, trying to bluff and lie saying he will have to come back a later date. Overall a very poor experience. STRONGLY DO NOT ADVISE TO USE THIS COMPANY, LOOK ELSEWHERE ITS EASIER FIXING THE PROBLEM BEFORE IT COMES (this team)
I had an older alarm that was showing a faulty message. Gardsec (via alarm-fix.co.uk) came out and sorted it (a very old battery needing replacement).Polite and efficient.
Everything seems to work now.
I used Gardsec to update an old alarm system in my house. They did an excellent job. The came when they said they would and were willing to come early in the morning to fit in with my schedule. Also, their monitoring fees are much cheaper than some of the other security companies. I would recommend using them.
Recently had a minor issue which became fairly complicated to solve, but the tenacity showed by the engineer was very impressive. I am extremely impressed with the personal service I receive from Gardsec. They are reliable, honest, and trustworthy and they understand what the customer wants. They won't try to sell you something you dont want or need, but will respect your wishes and mould the product around what you prescribe. I like that very much.

I have just had a call out carried out by one of your engineers.
I must say the service you provide is outstanding. This is the 2nd time I have used you, as I have a building company. Both times I was left very satisfied.
I called Friday afternoon & had an engineer turn up just after 6pm. I didn't expect him to stay long as it was late, but he committed to the job & happily stayed an extra hour to get everything finished as requested.
I was extremely impressed & very happy & will be using you again as I extend my system at a later date.
