useless....automated chat-no humans-no phone lines
Ordered some chairs stated "immediate despatch" no confirmation del date sent-chased them on line chat with a robot who just kept saying 3 days for a human to get back to me ???
Cancelled order but hey thats still 3 days for a human to get around to it...!!! :(
I’ve waited three weeks (ordered 6th July, received 27th July ) for plants bought on special offer.
I opened the box immediately on arrival - heuchera plants were healthy but very small, and the cornflowers were barely alive. Soil was moist but the plants were drooping and many stalks broken which I suspect was not in transit. I will plant them but no great expectations sadly. Not the first poor delivery from this nursery, but it will be the last.
Would not recommend.
Very disappointed with the plants and the company response. I purchased a pennisetum which was in its dormant state ready to plant out in the spring. When it arrived I protected it whilst waiting for evidence of growth before hardening off. That evidence of growth never happened. They make it really difficult to contact the company customer service department, difficult to get past the AI Bot. When I eventually did they refused to refund or replace the plant because it was beyond 14 days of receipt. There wasn't evidence of any initial issue as the plant was dormant, but despite providing photos of it in its original pot with reference number no positive outcome. I am an experienced gardener and have used a number of online websites for plants and never had a company not take responsibility for their products quality and they aren't affiliated to an organisation to contact for conflict resolution.

Placed an order 02/07/25, received it 17/07/25 when l opened up the packages very disappointed Firstly the Leylandii conifers, ordered 20 advertised at 3ft to 4ft but have found that 12 12 of them were under 3ft the smallest at 28" and the remainder are various up to 3ft 3"being the tallest. The Tri Colour Buddleia is rather wilted, Quite a few discoloured and dying leaves, 1 flower though. Lastly the Fruit Trees- a lot of damage to the branches snaped folded back on one another and 1 completely broken off, and also the bare root stock is not the best l have seen, l did send pictures. When the delivery arrived the plants were delivered in a van that was not tall enough " so the plants were lay down" Supposed to be kept upright at all times.
I raised my concerns with the company on the 18/07/25 " I HEARD NOTHING" except auto response. Contacted again 4 days later just received auto response again.
Extremely Bad Customer Service (in fact non at all)
I will not be recommending this company to anyone in fact the exact opposite
Their show bags offer great value for money, but make sure you count the bulbs as their machines regularly under count making your order short :(
