I have ordered from here now many times. I use Covermark to cover my facial birthmark. They are the only Company to stock the colour I use, so I now always order from them. When my colour went out of stock, they emailed me to let me know when it would be back in and were really helpful. Price is great too and so is delivery. I won’t leave the house without this make up, so sincerely, thank you.

Selling fake products. Packaging looked good on first sight but then comparing side by side with the real deal there were differences. Most importantly, the product inside felt and smelt completely different.
If it seems to good to be true... I though it must just be old stock that was going out of date. But it's just fake, fake, fake.
Added to that, if you click on the reviews co.uk in their website to make a review, it goes to a .io address. So also misleading. And can't seem to write a Google Review.
All very suspicious, don't touch

hello, where is my order # 1000165332. because there is no tracking info but just marked as despatched.

Horrible customer service! I purchased a very very expensive serum over £300 and the item arrived without a seal and sticker clearly showing that it has been tampered with (box was completely open!). I called to ask for a refund as this was unacceptable and the rude owner said I cannot return it! How horrible is it that in this day and age, you can’t return a product, let alone a product that has been clearly opened prior to shipping! The owner insists that the product comes like this but I have purchased this same product from other websites and can prove that it comes completely sealed with a sticker to show whether product has been opened or not. HORRIBLE! Stay away especially for expensive items.

Response: Product was most definitely not sealed! You even admitted that product didn’t come in sello wrap. As I’ve said, this product normally comes completely wrapped with a sticker showing the lot number and expiration date and the sticker on the product I received has been broken. Stop lying.

Great selection of brands. Always a good deal to be had.

The only company who could deliver a cologne to me for next day. So helpful as I was going on holiday the day after.

Terrible and rude customer service in the event something goes wrong. I received the incorrect order, and was then blamed for not wanting to travel to a notoriously busy post office whilst pregnant before the easter break to correct a mistake that was not mine, and was threatened to be charged if I did not do so within a timeframe. Would not use again or recommend. None of these met my expectations, of receiving what I had ordered and paid for.

Ordered two bottles of aftershaves plus one expensive body spray, took the money out my account for the items only to revive an email shortly after to notify me the body spray was out of stock and I had to wait for the money to appear back in my account. Also when my two items arrived one of the the bottles of aftershave looked nothing like the one in the picture!

Great site and always use them when I can. They are really helpful and customer oriented, they go the extra mile. Fast, next day tracked shipping so that you know your order will arrive when they say it will. Good range of products and good reward program. Highly recommend this Company.

I ordered a Chanel product online on tuesday around noon, and wednesday it was delivered to me at my adress in Denmark. Sadly i wasn't at home, so i got a text message with a link, where i could schedule another deliverydate. I chose the next weekday, so today (thursday - 2 days after placing my order) i recieved my item. I am SO impressed with how fast my product was delivered. Will definately be returning! Very impressed

I'm amazed!!! I placed my order at the 27.th around five o'clock and i recieved it at the 28.th by noon! England to Denmark in less than 24 hours!
I'm so happy with my new products, and I got a lot of samples too.
I'm deff. going to be ordering from this side again.

TGP was the only place I could find that had stock of the festive Chanel nail polish this year (2013)... Checked stock using the web-chat feature which was answered promptly and good humouredly by a real person. Ordered online and the goods arrived a couple of days later well packed (in a plain box) and in excellent condition. I'd not hesitate to recommend.

I have ordered a delivery from Garden Pharmacy and OMG I am so impressed!!! I order a lot of stuff online, I am a known shopoholic, but rarely my experiences are that positive! The delivery was super fast, the packaging was superb and they even sent me free perfume samples! So thoughtful! From now on I will only order beauty products from them!

The only fault I can really say is that one of the products I wanted wasn't in stock, but that is completely out the control of The Garden Pharmacy itself! I was told I would get it shipped out to me with no extra charge as soon as it was in stock so really there was no issue. It was easy to navigate around the site and payment was simple, and then my order was quickly delivered to me. Will definitely use again!
