I ordered a key for Lifeless Planet which they had in stock. After 2 hours and no key I contacted their customer support and they told me that they got too many orders to handle and I had to be patient. After another 24 hours and still no key I contacted them again and now they said that they had some technical issues and that they were working on it. After waiting another 3 hours or so and no key I decided to ask for a refund which I finally got.
At least their customer support responds pretty fast but it could be a little more informative.

So I made my purchase. My code was emailed no problem, and activated in Steam all good. I also received my doom beta registration code which too, worked perfectly. A great service to get games for a real good price, and not getting tricked by other services that treats $38, 38£ and 38€ as the same price. Gaming Panda does NOT, which is a GREAT feature. They also deliver the game fast, and they have security measures against frauds, which in my book is a 5 star rating so far.

I was looking round the Web for dynasty warriors 8 extreme edition. It was £39 on steam and about £30 on other sites.
