Sold me a game that they know full well wont operate on a windows computer any more. Dragon rising/Red River. I bought a game to play, not spend 2hrs trying to get it to run, unsuccessfully.

Signed up to recapture the joy of Command & Conquer Generals / Zero Hour. Everything BUT. Extremely disappointing. Waste of a few quids.

Paid £9.99 for sims 4 to download, we got a code to put in so we could download it, the game didn't come through to download. Got in contact with all the details, and they said there was not enough information.
Still not got the game, would not recommend to use this site. STAY AWAY.

I wanted to purchase expansion pack for my Sims 4 game and was too late for the promotion on Origin. Gamers247 had a fantastic price even cheaper than promotion on Origin itself. I was a bit cautious as I have never heard of the website but I have decided to give it a go. Had to wait a bit after making the purchase but the activation code was sent to me within the next hour or so. Payment was so easy with Apple Pay which saved typing all my details. Quick, easy and amazing price hence the 5 stars.

Sold years out of date software with no way to upgrade it to latest version.
Nowhere on the software purchase page did it say it was selling a version of this program from 2017.
When I queried this,, there was no reply from them whatsoever.
Company best avoided.

I did use you're contact us webpage,, but like the software you sell ,,It must be outdated and obviously needs updating to work properly. :)
Also the program page does not state you are selling software from 2017 ,, you can't have it both ways.

Refunded after a short wait because they "did not have enough stock to fulfill your order" not a good experience at all.

**Edit** I was contacted by Gamers247 asking to remove my review and calling me "vindictive" for simply telling the truth about my experience. My reviews show I'm in the habit of telling the truth. Also the money was taken and then refunded once you emailed me to tell me that you didn't have stock so you did take payment, please don't lie in response especially when the image shared shows clearly that you DID take payment before then cancelling and then returning the funds.

Calling me petty just shows your attitude towards customers who are unhappy.

Contacted yet again after two years with a petty attempt at taking this review down, I refuse to be bullied by this company.

Got what I paid for in a timely manner so can't ask for more!

so easy & quick to do! will 100% use again. i was a bit sceptical at first to if it was legit to be honest but i can confirm 100% legitimate site.
