GAME - Fareham Omdömen 16

Bought a game for £49.99 as a gift. Less than 24 hours later I returned as my partner already had the game that I purchased. I asked for a refund to be told the policy is a credit note only and I can spend it in store or in sports direct. I said I did not wish to purchase another game, the game still had the security seal in tact and do not wish to purchase any sports wear. The response was ‘sorry that’s the policy’. There is no signage informing you that you will not get a refund if unwanted. Avoid at all costs in the future.

Member of staff was very knowledgeable and helped me make the right decision rather than push me towards something I didn’t want or need. A very refreshing change from some other places.

Shop staff very knowledgeable and helpful, talked us through the game system we were looking at, and the games to play on it

Disappointed when entering Fareham store 2 members of staff on their personal phones, didnt even lift their heads to say hello. Being paid to work.

Great cheap pre owned games but store is more of a toy shop than a video games store. That’s why it’s a 4 star not 5 star review

store was nice and clean tidy. staff very helpful and nice. noticed some good prices on mobile phones that you not normally see in other places. will probably return to buy cellphones from them when my current contract is expired. was nice to shop in person also. and wasn't given the you can get that online etc.

The staff at GAME are always so knowledgeable and friendly. They approach me as soon as I am in store to ask if I need help, and once I’m at the checkout they help me with other things too, and have a wide knowledge on everything GAME sells. Prices are faire and the store I shop in is well laid out. Sometimes however the staff do hover around me a bit.

Great staff that have knowledge and enthusiasm for the videogame market and trends in general.

Very easy and quick transaction. Always feel game are a bit more professional than cex, but maybe that is just my age!
