Down the Drain
Not the Galls it used to be. Ordered a pair of boots. Throughout the process everything stated, "In Stock, Ships Within 24-hours." That is until I Placed the order and they charged my credit card. Then it was estimated Ship Date 12/12/2022! Seriously???? Called to cancel the order, which they said they did. Looked at the order online today as I noticed they charged my credit card, and yep, order was "Still Processing with the same estimated ship date." Cancelled it again and will have to watch or dispute the charge on my credit card. Absurd to charge for something you are not going to ship for 2-months! Never ever again Galls.

Inaccurate website info, very slowing shipping
Website says "In Stock! Usually ships within 24 hours". But it's been two weeks and nothing has shipped. Terrible customer service and false advertising.

Galls penalizes customers who purchase…
Galls penalizes customers who purchase more product with a 5% "handling fee" which shows up as an enhanced shipping charge. Purchased body cam for $520 total. Package weight was under two pounds. Fedex shipping was over $30 and the package is slated to arrive almost two weeks after order date to an address less than 600 miles from the Galls shipping depot. Horrible customer service and wait times on the CS hotline as well. Look elsewhere.

I agree on the slow delivery
I agree on the slow delivery. I had to wait over 2 weeks for something that was supposed to be in stock and not hemmed. Wal-Mart would have delivered in stocked items in 4-5 days or less. The fit was good. Room where needed. I washed them and took them out before they were completely dry. I put them back in the dryer and the wrinkles went away. Overall I like the pants. Delivery needs improvement.
