I haven’t had any updates about my order since it has been placed and I don’t know why

Svar från Galactic Fireworks
Hi Muhammad,
Thanks for the order. I want to reassure you immediately that nothing is wrong—everything is in hand.
As mentioned at the checkout and on your confirmation email, you selected the "Sale Weekend Delivery: on or before the 24th of December" option.
We have actually been delivering orders non-stop for the last two weeks. Based on your location, your order simply fell towards the end of that delivery schedule rather than the start.
Because fireworks are explosives, we cannot use standard couriers like Royal Mail. We use our own specialist ADR drivers to ensure they arrive safely. You haven't been forgotten—you are currently being routed for delivery between the 18th and 23rd. You will receive a text and email 1–2 days before the driver arrives with your exact date and a 2-hour time slot.
We are always on hand via email or phone to check a status for you. I hope that once the driver arrives with your goods safely and on time, you might reconsider the rating.
All the very best,
James

Second order, not received my fireworks for new years yet.
Came on time for bonfire night so every confidence they will arrive.
Good selection, competitively priced.
Delivery charges/minimum order appear to be pretty standard online

Faultless company
Year on year I've traded with this company, basically faultless, knowledge, communication, competitive prices, delivery and after sales. Its simple to write a short review because all companies should trade the way Galactic do business.

All I can say, legally, at this point is..
Some people thought, we may have gone too far this time.
Words like ‘Thermobaric’, ‘Apocalyptic’ & ‘Dresden’ were being banded around before the display.
During the display, countermeasures may or may not have been required to protect the local RAF base, 36 miles away.
All I can say, legally, at this point, is I strongly recommend trusting this team of ballistics experts.
They are exceptionally friendly too. Thanks!
