GalaBingo.com Omdömen

Well if I could give this site 0 stars I would worst site ever should be reported to the gaming commission use to play a penny bingo so I weren't going to get rich anytime but ask me this question if the numbers are are random how can someone keep winning 3 or 4 in a day that penny bingo should be seriously looked lot of moaners as well big big fix stay away not happy so closed my account permanently now I'm happy

Absolutely disgusting that is all the rtp is non existent and a site that just takes with no or few bonus stay clear !!

Disgusting, registered and have confirmation email, deposited £10 and played for a while. Decided to sign out leaving funds on the account to keep when I wanted to go back on and they have suspended my account sending a email mid afternoon thanking for self exclusion which I hadnt done, ive tried to reopen the account now they are telling me there was no such account with the details I gave them eve though I have the confirmation email. They have basically closed the account and withheld funds that are legally mine. Will never recommend

Would give less then 1 star if i could.
They have taken all promotions away, and whats left are absolute rubbish, most rigged site ive ever been on. Also worse payouts.

Never known the slot pink joker to take take take so much with out anything more than 2 quid and 50 p and not one drop total joke this is go to mr q or play ojo from now on total scam and to say years ago it was great never up always down

Terrible site app is rubbish continuous crashing and how can u play 200 on diamond charge and it doesn't do a thing when it crashes I think that stop it from paying out never have a problem making deposits also i am on game stop but gala let you play

Shocking never win same ones winning all the time down to one number and it never comes up. This never happens at bingo clubs very disillusioned 😡

Don’t bother with the welcome bonus. Deposited, wagered and didn’t get my spins even after ‘opting in’. Pure scam.

Keeps getting glitch y. Takes all your bonuses.

Do not use these dirty low life scum i put 200 on and never won a thing they need shutting down robbing dirty bastards

Honestly the biggest con ever , their online gambling platform is controlled by massive algorithms that ensure that there are very few big wins and big wins go to big gamblers eho they know will not withdraw and will restake the money …. Even something as simple as offering Uber vouchers in exchange for loyalty points is a rip off .. youll never receive anything Gala should be investigated by the Gaming Commission .. resd the other reviews and see even if you were to get a big win theyll close your account and refuse to pay out .. absolutely shocked

I signed up to Gala Bingo for their new customer offer (deposit £10, play £10 on bingo, get £40 bonus).
I deposited £15 using a normal UK payment card, which was accepted with no issues, and spent the required amount on bingo to qualify.

After doing everything correctly, I was then told I wouldn’t receive the bonus because my card’s “BIN is blocked”... after being on countless chats that kept cutting off, and hold on the phone for over half an hour. The person on the phone just copied what the chat said and couldn't explain to me what BIN meant or blocked, I asked them to ask someone else to explain to me because this makes no sense, they came back with a load of jargon and hung up.

This makes no sense. If my payment method wasn’t eligible, it should have been blocked before I deposited – not after I’ve already spent money trying to qualify.

Their terms only vaguely say “certain deposit methods may be excluded” but don’t clearly explain which ones. There was no warning at the point of deposit.

Feels very misleading, happy to take your money, but not honour the offer.
I’ve raised a formal complaint, but based on this experience I wouldn’t recommend.

UPDATE: Gala Bingo have refused to resolve this despite accepting deposit and allowing qualifying play. No clear warning was given about payment restrictions. Case escalated (Ref: CC-18154).

Iv been playing on gala a few years now its hit an miss on winning anything but not had a win for awhile.. tournaments never load properly or the site ..and they have doubled the tokens for free spins 300 got you 3 free spins now it 600 points .. also you have a deposit limit for a reason if you win it matches it so your only going to put it all back on.. because you very rarely win after winning something..

Sorry why all the bad reviews I put 10 on got 100 free spins and won £21 on the free spins

Another awful gambling scandal…
Been with Gala for years now. It just takes, takes takes. And I just give because I just want something back!. I think all these gambling websites should be looked into. The only decent one is Mecca bingo. Once you pay in they pay out… but Gala is nothing but an unfair gambling website. And don’t no one say it’s a gambling website that’s what happens. Because no it shouldn’t happen…!people who pay in keeping their company going should have a little reward at times. It’s just unfair… if you can afford to keep wasting your money then do. But trust me you will be here writings a negative feedback also before long!.

Do not use them they are robbing scum i put 300 on lock o the irish and not one win its payback time entain

good site ...5stars ..withdraw the money and immediately was on my account..

Im new to online bingo, I deposited £10. Now I have issues signing into my account apparently I need to send over documents again, including wage slips. Asked if I could just have my £10 back and close my account was using live chat (Very slow) an hour later i was told i need to send documents over before they would return my £10. Terrible website, very misleading

Let's you win at first when you first join and then nothing there after. Game freezes, kicks you out when you can see your about to hit bonus ( sometimes you do hit it and then it says ' server detects ' etc and then boots you out to start over again ) had the cheek to ask me to review them and the service of game play , how do I put this oh yeah its 100% rubbish , take take take ! Used to get free spins but since it's gone to dollars dud spin after dud spin , when you do hit bonus on spins and that's if your very lucky the returns are absolutely terrible like you could spend £10 on one slot and the return is £1.20 I'm guessing that's how they like it so you keep chasing it, seriously no more money on this site until things change ! Takes alot for me to write a review as I do actually believe in giving things a chance however this site has been a terrible experience.
