What a waste of money, all the shelves are bowed and distorted and no one at g rack is replying to my emails will never buy again.

The only website who had what I was looking for.

I have had an item delivered and have been writing to G-RACK now for a week to seek its return. Product is fine I just do not want it now. And nothing but a automated email response has been received by me. You cannot call them as there is no number only email or a chat function which nobody appears to be online to manage. Where are these customer service agents and why are you not responding to my emails.
Update 28th August. Items returned and received 2 weeks ago and still no refund. This is disappointing to treat people this way. Why would you do that to a customer.
Update 4th October. Still no refund having emailed multiple times. What a shower of an organisation to treat people this way. AVOID
use Rhino Racking instead the previous owners at least they are UK based and can talk to someone.

Good price and delivered very quickly

Correct price, delivered as stated and exactly as advertised

I ordered a rack which was available on their website. I paid for this and then a few days later was sent an email , that my order had been cancelled. There was no explanation why it was cancelled. I enquired about it and no one has gotten back to me. I still haven't received my refund for my rack.

i did not receive my items. i have tried t⁹o contact this company several times, but i have not had a response or correspondence from this company. If i could give zero stars, then i would. I have now raised this with my bank.

It was easy and straightforward to order the items I wanted and I was able to take advantage of the special Sale prices. Delivery was quick and the shelves were securely packaged. Assembly, aided by a clear instruction leaflet, was simple. The shelves are capacious and sturdy.
