I ordered a battery and a more gell balls and my package hasn’t come yet it has been 3 week or 4 and I contacted them two times and I still haven’t got a reply back worst experience

Ordered thinking some gels and a gun on 20 March, the gun arrived on time, still waiting for gel balls. Emailed them and used contact us on website no answer - even though the quote- serviceg-blaster.com, and we will reply to your questions within 24 hours.- Tbf there is a Hermes tracking number which I have contacted and they say that it’s not in the country yet. If they had returned my email I could accept the delay in waiting.

Bought a product and it didn’t arrive and I emailed them about it and they have not responded in four days

Looks great but troublesome shooting the gel shots. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t.

Such a shame as my lad waiting a while and for the cost, it should not be faulty.

I ordered a gell blaster m1911 pistol + an extra magazine, once I received my item the pistol didn't fire properly I have to load it about 5 times for it to shoot once, I contacted gblaster several times and they never got back to me, I never received my spare magazine even though I paid for it, blaster doesn't shoot far at all and doesn't shoot properly, would never recommend, and will never buy from again.

the service on this website is amazing, emails and tracking updates. The gun was shipped in 2 days from ordering. The only complaint is that the pistol i ordered has already started to jam abit and it has a lot of tension when you cock it. Overwise great 👍

Awful communication numerous emails sent still no reply, still haven’t received my item which was ordered on 4th March!!

I purchased the M249 saw gun and 3 hand guns. Alongside with 50.000 extra bullets and 2 smoke granades.

This was for My nethews birthday. First group party since lockdown for him. So, I wanted to make it a good one and splash out on something that he would enjoy!

The 3 hand guns arrived broken. They simply do not work. Used the bullets that came with them in the pack. Waste of space.

The m249. Now, I’m no experts in automatic guns but you need to be firing for 5-10 minutes to fire 2 or 3 bullets if your lucky. Moreover the charging cable has arrived and it’s damaged. Won’t last long. I paid £60 for a flaccid gun that doesn’t work properly! £20 on top of that if it was not discounted. How can they charge for that?

The extra bullets and smoke grandads have not arrived.

I have contacted G blaster 4 times with 4 emails.

New flash.

No reply so far! Nothing back….

The items did not come back with a return address.

I am just trying to figure out what to do next.

I will update this review if G blaster do get in touch or if this issue is resolved.

My advice, save your money. Find a provider that sells guns that work.

Waste of money - doesn’t work.

The gun isn’t working well. Using the correct size bullets 6-7mm
Have emailed but not had a response yet .

I Placed my order on the 17/2/22 and still have not received my order

I received the item all broken and asked for a refund and was not supplied by one
Very unprofessional service they provide

My Grandson purchased a G Blaster Rifle with his Christmas money in January. Unfortunately the bolt action lever sheared rendering the gun unusable. I emailed the service department at G-Blaster explaining the situation. The customer service l received was exemplary. I received an email the same day asking for an image of the failed component. The following day l received the 2nd email informing me that if l sent proof of purchase they would replace the gun. The replacement gun was sent to my very happy Grandson within 5 days. This is customer service at its very best. Thank you very much G Blaster. A very impressed and happy Grandpa.

Still awaiting delivery for a product ordered weeks ago. No one replies to any emails. We ordered two items one of which arrived the other hasn't ! Not a word from them to explain what is going and obviously no telephone number. Truly bad service.

Bought for my grandson. He loves it!
It looks good, it’s well made, it fires the gel balls at rapid speed and it makes a great noise - what’s not to love!
Would definitely recommend.

Amazing fast delivery but missing the top plastic bit that you load the bullets in so can not use without this. Me and daughter have emailed and no reply what so ever !!

Great website and a wide variety of gel blasters, but my m16 gel blaster said it was due to deliver on 15th February 2022. I'm writing this review on the 16th February 2022 and i haven't received my parcel. The website says DPD have received the parcel but I ringed up DPD and they said they don't have the parcel
