G-Blaster Omdömen

My product came on time. Was better than I expected & i will definitely be using them again soon & have referred them to all my friends

Everything was perfect until the bolt snapped off so now I need to repair it

Customer service was OK, no issues with that but product bought was not good, didnt work as it should of

No gonna lie the gun is absolutely crap, doesn’t shoot more than 1 gel in a row

Gel-blaster was delivered on time, however is faulty and does not work. I have contacted the company, who so far have not responded (I have asked for a refund).
Will be looking into the next steps to take this further soon.

Rubbish customer service, they are not interested in after sales problems. Cheap plastic guns that break.on first use. Would not recommend.

Only 2/6 of my items arrived. Haven’t heard from support in days. Overall terrible experience and would never purchase from again if I do not hear back….. disappointed

Terrible!!! Will never order from them again. Items ordered and paid for at the beginning of July never arrived (as of 20 July). Tracking doesn't show much progress and no reply to emails. Very disappointed.

My product turned up broken on delivery and when I emailed them to say this is the case, I have not received a reply yet.

Overall not satisfied with the service I have received as the end customer.

It was bad it diddnt work looks good cant shoot if so the explode before out the barral

It doesn’t load , I got the hand gun and doesn’t work as described. I sent an email and got no response

I PAYED GOOD MONEY FOR THIS ITEM AND AFTER LOADING IT WITH THE GEL BALLS, I HAD ABOUT 10 SHOTS AND IT STOPPED FIRING THEM.
SO I HAD TO CLEAN IT OUT AND THERE WERE 2 GEL BALLS THAT HAD HALVED.
WHEN INSPECTING THE BROKEN ONES, THEY WERE STICKY!!.
SO I AM GUESSING THAT IF THEY DONT EXPLODE WHEN FIRING THEM.
EVERYTHING SHOULD BE FINE.
BUT I DONT THINK IT SHOULD DO THAT AS I BOUGHT IT THINKING THEY EXPLODE ON TARGET.

Not sure about the G blaster. Magazine and balls always getting clogged up. If you have a fix my rating will increase. At the moment quite disappointed having paid twenty plus pounds for a toy gun that doesn’t work.

Please read these reviews before buying, I should have. The items that do arrive don’t work, still outstanding some of my order and they do not reply to emails. Will go though PayPal to get my money back.

The gun did not fire the gel balls so couldn't really say much about this gun despite emailing them over & over still no reply, this gun was for my son's birthday & hes very upset that he hasn't been able to use it once I wanted a replacement gun or refund but got nothing

When the gun arrived all seemed well and good- the quality seemed fine and the mechanism was working smooth. After loading up the gun I soon came to realise that it did not work- I believe it had a faulty system with the magazine and getting the pellets into the barrel.

Whilst I can applaud the asthetic in which they’ve done a nice job in recreating the weapon- my overview is that this company is a con. My other parts did not arrive and they have not returned my emails. From what I can see this has happened to others too.

If you have a child or you want a gel gun look elsewhere if you don’t want to be disappointed.

Please spread word through social.

I keep sending messages asking them to reply as I haven't received some of my order and they certainly are not replying within 24 hours it has been over a week and still no reply.
I can't use the gun to make sure it works as I haven't received the gel balls. Therefore I want a refund and to return the gun.

Very poor customer service, very poor build quality. Arrived damaged
No resolve. Had to approach PayPal for my money hack as the company doesn't respond and is non compliant
Avoid

The pellets don't fire out the gun when your constantly pulling the trigger so you need to turn gun upside down. Most of the time the pellets disintegrate as soon as the come out of the gun.

Ordered a gel-blaster pistol, spare mag and ammo as a gift for my son's birthday; the gun arrived almost immediately, but the accessories are nowhere to be seen and I've yet to get a response to my emails asking for delivery information......
