Fuzzy Insurance Is an Independent Bristol based Insurance Brokerage for small to medium sized businesses. We are a Certified B Corp as sustainability is at the heart of our business, we focus on sustainable Customer, Insurer and Employee relationships as recognize the value it brings to us all.

How do we do it?

At Fuzzy Insurance We cater for all Business Insurance needs and work with a wide panel of Insurers. We offer a personalized service offering to our customers whereby we get to know you and you deal with one Broker. You can communicate with us via phone, email or text. We understand that you're busy and need flexible options when getting in touch.

What do we do?

We can deal with your Business Vehicle, Vehicle Fleet, Taxi, Taxi Fleet, Courier, Courier Fleet, we can also offer breakdown and GAP.

On the Commercial side we can arrange Public and Employer's Liability, Stock, Professional Indemnity, Directors and Officer's Insurance, Tradesperson, Package and Commercial Combined Insurance.

We can look at extras, such as stock and tool cover, or Medical Insurance. We also have Salon, Pub, Office, Landlords and Commercial Property packages. We deal with all Business Insurance needs and work with a wide panel of Insurers.

Fleet insurance isn’t exactly the most thrilling part of running a business — it’s right up there with paperwork and waiting for hold music to end! 😂
Thankfully, dealing with Amelia, Saul and Liam was a completely different experience. They were friendly, patient, professional and, most importantly, genuinely compassionate throughout.
They took the time to understand what we needed, explained everything clearly without drowning us in insurance jargon, and made what could have been a stressful process feel surprisingly straightforward.
It’s refreshing to deal with people who actually care about helping rather than making you feel like just another policy number. Amelia, Saul and Liam were fantastic from start to finish, and I really appreciate the time and effort they put in.
A huge thank you to all three of you — absolute stars! 🌟
Highly recommended for anyone looking for fleet insurance and, more importantly, a team that treats you like a human being.

Excellent service and persistence

Ben and Faiz were extremely helpful in arranging insurance for a particularly complex holiday-let property. They spent a considerable amount of time approaching the market, answering our questions and negotiating amendments with the insurer to make the policy workable for us.

There were several detailed points to resolve, including unoccupancy conditions, loss of rental income and employers’ liability cover. They remained patient, responsive and determined throughout, ultimately securing suitable cover at a very competitive price.

We genuinely appreciated the effort they put in and would happily recommend Fuzzy Insurance.

Done a online enquiry and Justin from Fuzzy insurance called me up 1 hour later and from the minute he starting talking to me it was so professional and he explained so many things to me that i didn’t know about fleet insurance as it’s my first time he got me a very good price and cover and was not 1 bit pushy he sent me everything by email and let me read everything and I phoned him back a week later and took the policy with him, I got quotes off other companies but the service and price could not come near Justin’s at fuzzy so a big thanks Justin for your help with my fleet insurance
