I'm unable to find any transparency or straightforward answers to questions I have, so I'm SCARED to create an account based on what customers say about over-control of listings, poor transparency & lack of customer service, or whether anything has changed to resolve these issues.

Leo was fantastic, we worked together to see how we can migrate properties to another airbnb account in order to get access to the free trial. We even researched discount codes together to see which would be the most beneficial for our clients. Thank you- we will be bringing you more clients!

They have a process to meet their customers needs. I was totally stuck with developing my web page and did contact Futurestay.com and Leo did answer all my questions and give me guidelines. However, since this was my first time I had to contact them again and was so lucky to get Leo again and he did lead me through the whole thing. Leo is a real expert in designing your STR for maximum optimization. As soon as I made the updates he requested, I received two additional bookings. I am 85% booked for the summer season. I like the step by step instruction and additional support along with notes after our discussion to really capture and formalize our agreements.

I loved the Futurestay Method. It is simple, objective and super dynamic. What most caught my attention were the classes, which, being short, are great for those who have a busy day. The modules are super-organized, and having a test at each end of the video helps to better fix all the concepts learned. I would certainly buy other courses from Futurestay, as they demonstrated excellent and detailed quality for those who are starting in the area. I also hope to use their software to help me launch and scale my own Short Term Rental Business.

I have been operating my vacation rental for two years on Airbnb and have done quite well but knew that I could be making more money if I knew how. One of my friends told me about Futurestay and I took the courses and used their system to list onto Google which helped me start getting direct bookings where I make more money than on Airbnb. I am going to finish the courses but so far it’s been a good experience.

I recently took a course on the short-term rental market "The Futurestay Method" and I must say that it was an excellent experience overall. The platform was easy to use and navigate, and the course content was well-organized and informative. The instructor Nick was highly knowledgeable and passionate about the subject matter, which made the learning experience engaging and enjoyable. They provided practical tips and strategies for managing short house rentals, from marketing and pricing to managing guest relationships and maintenance issues. One of the things I appreciated most about the course was the flexibility it offered. I could work through the material at my own pace and access the course materials whenever it was convenient for me. Also, the option to receive a certificate upon successfully answering questions after each topic is an excellent feature that this education platform offers. I highly recommend this education platform and this course to anyone interested in short house rentals. It was an excellent investment of my time and money, and I feel much more confident and prepared to take on the challenges of managing a short-term rental property.

What an amazing course! Super engaging with the relevant info/ resources needed for those with rental properties. It helped me understand how exactly to start my business in a manor that was fun and totally comprehensible. On top of that they provide very convenient resources and make sure the content sticks.

Really easy to understand. Incredibly useful information that is already helping me make my condo listing better. Only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that I haven’t completed all the courses yet. Not sure if I can go back in and update this review, but I’ll try after I finish everything.

The curriculum for this course is exactly what I need to start planning my first short term rental property. The courses are quick to do, but the lessons will take some time to master. Content is fun, easy to understand, downloads and templates saved me a ton of time! Recommend the Futurestay Method to anyone who wants to get into short term renting!

This course is phenomenal! It is so engaging, I managed to get through the whole thing in just a few days. The amount that I learned is more than I ever expect. I feel equipped and ready to take on the short-term rental industry and cannot wait to see what I can accomplish!

The new Head of Operations at Futurestay, Roberta Farrell, is definitely a much needed addition to the new management and future of Futurestay! With her helpful attitude, leadership, and empathy Futurestay can definitely regain what it had lost. Also, assigning Account Executive to Partners versus having Partners have to deal with several Customer Service Representatives, who have to start from scratch to attend to them, is definitely a step in the right direction!

Before Roberta arrived, Futurestay had repeatedly displayed substantially lower rates for my rentals, which had caused me substantial losses. They had also caused me 12% additional service fees that I had no clue I was paying, but which caused me thousands in losses!

And when I had ended my subscription with them, they still had my listings displayed with outdated rates that I had to honour. One of these resulted in a reservation of US$825.49 LESS than my discounted rate! And while I had told the then team that they should NOT, therefore, charge me any commission but hand over the payment they had collected, since they were not to collect on my behalf, they refused to do so, and still charged me the full commission and credit card fee on top of my US$825.49 LOSS that they had caused!

This was exacerbated when for months I tried to correct the issue, but they just kept the money and gave me the run around.

Since there is a new Head of Operations and Management, who is open to improving Partner Relations, however, I can definitely say that there is new hope!

Same for me, as other hosts say. My listing has been completely hijacked, altered, services which I do not offer added. The commission for the host on airbnb went from 3% to 15%. I requested immediate disconnection, they said it is disconnected, but after the call with airbnb I learnt that not, Futurestay takes the commission for every reservation I take. I am on call with airbnb requesting to remove the parasite code from my listings, so I can manage properties myself, as before. A big mistake, costed me a lot of money, and sleepless nights.
