During the last months I ordered three different items to Futureshop and in all the cases the service and the timing of the delivery were very good.
Once I ordered a cable not available for the delivery to Italy and Futureshop promptly reported to me the case and they proposed to me different alternatives: from the reimboursement to the offer of other products.

Excellent service, delivery & packaging - great products
I've made 3 purchases from this company, they are very easy to deal with. The website is easy to navigate, giving full details of each product and pricing. I've also called them to ask for advice. The products are excellent, prices are very competitive but it is their overall service and delivery that is usually excellent and often outstanding. High quality range, quick shipping
This is my second purchase from Futureshop, following a good first experience.
Purchased some Chord speaker cables, Qed interconnects and adapters. Felt that shipping was a premium but shipping was fast to Canada - worth it. Package arrived well bundled and protected.
