Edit: Had problems returning a product which was resolved by a phone call from Adam Senior part of Futureshop, he was very reassuring and hopefully everything is cleared up. The return was provided i will update and remove the negative feedback when refund is received.

Ist time to shop for me. I was greatly impressed, the help and advice given by Adam was accurate and aided me to fix a problem. I received my cables the next day. They did the job and then some. I rang him to thank him.

I have made several purchases from Future Shop and had reason to contact them by phone on both occasions the help was concise and helpful.

I also find their website particularly good, especially when accessing it from a Smartphone which can be tricky particularly when you have big fingers. The product range is extensive well priced. Should I need to make further purchases I shall not hesitate to return and I recommend them unreservedly

I have ordered Speaker Cable and RCA Interconnects from The Future Shop before and have always found them to give an excellent and quick service, with cables being expertly terminated. My latest purchase was for a repeat pair of the excellent Chord Clearway Speaker Cable to allow me to Bi-Wire my Speakers. I'm trying this out to find whether Bi-Wiring does makes a difference to the sound via an integrated Amp (Cyrus 8.2 DAC), compared with a single pair of cables I am using now.

Awful, order an item showing "in stock", and they take 2 full days to tell me it is not available. Time wasters. Avoid.

i ordered a digital coax cable over the internet late one afternoon and it arrived next day (and the price was great too). Just one problem, i should have ordered a different cable so called and the advice and after sales service was everything i could ask for. The replacment arrived the next day and am very pleased. will shop here again, without a qualm.

Ordered 3:30pm, delivered next day by 11:00am, excellent. Item well packaged and works brilliantly; well stocked Isotek equipment; will definitely use again.

This company offers superb service and really knows there stuff. I know quite a bit about leads and Av technology and with there help just confirmed my thoughts with long HDMI cables. I purchased a Chord high quaility HDMI cable which was not suitable at passing 4K signals. My projector would not sync properly, had the cable for over 60 days and they kindly offered to take it back for a shorter Audoquest cable which works superb. Projector stays locked on problem solved.

If you could give this company a 10 star rating they deserve it.

Toujours trés satisfait de Futureshop,des câbles de trés haute qualité dans les grandes marques à un prix étudié, j'ai bien reçu les commandes depuis des années, bien emballées,le seul reproche maintenant plus de conversion euros et des petits frais de banque en plus,non précisé suivant le montant de la commande,et un retard parfois du à la douane française à Roissy,des nombreux jours ,sinon trés rapide du Royaume-Uni à la France,de toute façon j'ai vraiment eu ce que je désirait sur Futureshop et j'ai enfin terminé.
