Ordered a sbooster power supply which…
Ordered a sbooster power supply which was delivered quickly. The manufacturer had supplied all the wrong voltage item in the box labelled as the correct one. I contacted future shop who were great. They arranged immediate return and organised a replacement and suggested alternative options if time was an issue for me as new stock had to be ordered from the manufacturer. Correct Item arrived just before Xmas exceeding expectations. Great service.

My review never made it online
I bought an audioquest USB cable from this website as they are supposed to improve audio quality over cheaper cables.
I paid quite a lot of money for the cable, and can't tell a difference between it and a 6 GBP cable from a generic ecomerce website.
I was asked to leave a review of the product so that FutureShop's customers can "make informed decisions". I sent my review off with a low score and justification. It never was accepted on theol website as I can't see it there weeks after the fact.
Either they forgot to upload it. Or they only accept high review scores. The latter would be very concerning if true.

Worst people when things go wrong/ just stay away
Worst people when things go wrong. They send a custom built rca cable worth 150/- negative and positive in two different sizes. 3cm longer than the other. And sent the replacement after a week just by RM normal service and lost the parcel. No indication of refund even after an email. When only after authorities involved agreed to refund but it’s nearly two months my money has not been refunded.
After 4 weeks when I copied the email from a met police to me about the matter, Mark from futureshop replied with this
“I can confirm that we have received the order back, thank you. It has been authorised for a refund and this will be done shortly, they are processed in batches by our finance team.
I wonder if I could ask you to ensure that you let us know if the stolen items are recovered at any time and returned to us, we are refunding you on the basis that if there is any recovery financially for the stolen items, the value is passed on back to us. This will include any claims you may have made under insurance. We thank you for your assistance in this matter.”
I am still waiting in their que for the refund.

Record brush order and great customer support
I have ordered an anti-static record brush. The guys reached out to me the next day to let me know that it was not in stock and offered a replacement or a refind. The customer support responded quickly and provided a refund really quickly with no problem at all. Can't complain and would recommend the store.

Personal and dedicated service
I purchased some reasonably expensive speaker cables from Futureshop and when they arrived, the banana plug on one of them wasn’t quite right, such that it was visibly slightly faulty and didn’t fit the speaker very tightly but it nonetheless worked fine. I left a poor review for the cables on Futureshop website as a criticism of the cable manufacturer not of Futureshop, but I did note in the review that because the cables worked I couldn't be bothered to return them.
The very next business day I got a phone call from a senior guy at Futureshop offering to expedite a return and replacement at no postage cost and making it very clear that they will do anything to ensure a happy customer.
That’s never happened to me before with any other company. I now have great trust and faith in this company and will certainly use them again.

What Fantastic service
What Fantastic service, put an order in late yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon, Mark (I think that was his name) said it was highly unlikely they could get my order to me today (Thursday) but it would defo come on Friday. It was delivered Thursday. I would recommend this company every time. Thanks very much.

Excellent End to End Service
I ordered some speaker cable. The ordering process was easy and delivery was quick and on time. When it came to setting my speakers up I realised I'd ordered the wrong length so I enquired about returning. Their returns process is straightforward, I have been kept informed at each stage and have been refunded in full. Excellent end to end service.

Great service and advice
I have used Future shop on a number occasions so when needing advice on loudspeaker isolation I contacted them.
I spoke with Ahad, who explained the options I had, over the next few days Ahad kept in contact with me as he spoke with Isoacoutics. Ahad informed them of the make and size of my boxes.
After listening to Ahad’s conclusions I purchased 8 ISO pucks which arrived the next day. I now have my Elysians sat on these and the sound is tighter and little more focused. Well worth the money and time.

A standard all companies should strive for...
I have called FutureShop today for some advise before making a purchase. First of all, the item was the best price I could find anywhere but forget that. The advise given by Gary on the phone is priceless.
This is my second experience with these guys and the second time they have deserved the highest praise for knowledge and customer care.
I would not consider anywhere else for anything that FutureShop offer. They have without question the best customer experience I have come across in any industry.

Astonishing service
I've bought a few cables from these guys this year. Frankly this company is one of the absolute best you'll ever come across in your lifetime. Every time I speak to them they are so friendly, helpful, enthusiastic, chatty, etc. etc. If things get very technical, they say they'll research and get back to me. Which they then do.
I read lots of other reviews gushing with praise and thought that they seemed too good to be true. But they're all absolutely correct. Ridiculously good, couldn't recommend enough.
Of particular mention are: Mark, Hez and Geoff.
O, and the cables I've bought all make a massive difference to my system. Despite all of the 'objectivists' in the HiFi world disputing this, you need to use your ears, brain and mind. Cables work!

I'm probably never going to use this company. My first contact with them and a gentleman called Mark was initially helpful. However, an email I received today (15.08.22) from another gentleman was so unhelpful that it gave the appearance that they couldn't be bothered. I've never used them before, and it's possible I'll never use them at all
