Over the years, I have used various services provided by Fusion including preparation of accounts, tax filings/advice as well personal financial advice - particularly around pension consolidation/SIPP. I have found all parts of the group to be efficient, friendly, transparent and willing to go the extra mile. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending them

I engaged this firm under a formal consultancy agreement that clearly required prior notification and client approval before estimated hours were exceeded or additional work was undertaken.

Invoices were subsequently issued for additional work without prior written notification or approval, contrary to those contractual provisions. When formally challenged, I repeatedly requested documentary evidence demonstrating compliance with the approval requirements set out in the agreement. No written approvals or contemporaneous notifications were produced.

The matter continued for more than six months through the firm’s internal complaints process. While responses were issued, they restated the firm’s position without providing documentary substantiation of contractual compliance. The process ultimately concluded without evidence being produced to support the disputed charges.

There were also prolonged issues relating to VAT exemption support, with insufficient clarity regarding submissions, timing, and status despite repeated requests for updates.

This experience has been prolonged, stressful, and costly in time. My concern is not a simple disagreement over fees; it is the absence of transparent, evidenced billing aligned with the safeguards set out in the engagement terms.

Based on my experience, I would not engage this firm again and cannot recommend them to others.
Any current or prospective client should independently verify:
How additional work is authorised before being undertaken.

How invoices are calculated and supported.

Whether written approval is obtained before scope extensions.

Whether there is a clear documentary audit trail for all additional charges.

Professional services require transparency, accountability, and strict adherence to contractual safeguards. In my case, those standards were not demonstrated.

The reply is disingenuous and misleading. You have not provided any evidence and your rating proves your credibility and professionalism.

I spoke with a female staff member from your company today, and the interaction left me quite upset. The number of questions asked, the tone in which they were delivered, and the apparent lack of knowledge and training were all very concerning. The experience was surprising and disappointing, and I feel it is important to bring this to your attention.

My experience with Fusion Consulting has been nothing short of disappointing. Anyone who is looking to set up a group structure, please stay far away.

They have taken 2 years to set it up. You get passed around from different lawyers and no one takes accountability. After 2 years, I still don’t have a group structure.

Please, anyone looking to do work with fusion. Do not do so!

Fusion have been doing mine and my wife's tax returns for a number of years. Quite complicated returns but Fusion have always been efficient and most importantly accurate! They also have a dedicated client services team which is very useful for general enquiries about other services Fusion offer. Highly recommend.

My company uses multiple branches of Fusion for 360 business support and each department provides an excellent service to our business. A very strategic & personalised experience delivered by great people.

I completed an assignment with this company in May 2025 and was not paid for my work. Despite repeated chasing, wages remain outstanding.

The matter is now subject to formal proceedings, and a complaint has also been made to the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate.

After leaving a review on Trustpilot, I was contacted by the company and told payment would only be made if the review was removed. Because of this, I was left with no choice but to report the matter to the authorities.

Future contractors should be cautious.

🚨 Avoid Fusion Consulting Group Ltd – Worst Experience Ever! 🚨

I started working with Fusion Consulting Group Ltd in May 2025 under an umbrella company. I only worked for a few weeks and months later I STILL haven’t been paid.

I have chased them again and again, only to be given excuse after excuse date after date and still no money in my account. It’s beyond frustrating at this point.

The only person I can say anything good about is Steve Evans, who was great to work with. But the rest of the company from the CEO down to the finance team has been absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional.

I’m now left with no choice but to report them to ACAS and take them to small claims court just to get the money I earned. This is disgraceful.

⚠️ I HIGHLY recommend that no one works with this agency. They don’t pay, they waste your time, and they will give you nothing but stress

I have used Fusion for many years for my tax affairs. They offer an excellent, personal service, are extremely attentive and most importantly, do a very good in keeping my tax matters in good order. They are clearly a very dynamic organisation that is always looking to innovate to ensure they continue to offer excellent levels of service to their clients.

I found Mitch and his team to be responsive, professional and technically highly skilled with their advice, and I continue to turn to him for any tax, finance and accounting advice that I need. I had no hesitation in recommending his services to other family members and friends with sometimes fairly complex corporate tax and accounting requirements, and they in turn have also been very satisfied with the quality of services provided.

Excellent team- Mitch and his colleagues have a very broad span of capabilities combined with a positive energy that enables them to provide a vast range of strategic, structural, and planning solutions. A great partner for entrepreneurs!

From my very first point of contact with them Fusion Consulting have been none other than knowledgable, prompt, consistent at backing me up with my day to day business needs required with their various departments (Tax, accountancy, law)
They are reliable and do know to make themselves available when you make
the request.

We initially reached out to Fusion for advice on our full portfolio of taxable incomes. Fusion responded with a very comprehensive and detailed proposal, which I was quite pleased with. However, when I inquired about their pricing, I felt uneasy as it was extremely high. After expressing my concerns, Fusion revised their price, reducing it considerably. This significant reduction raised some alarm bells, but I chose not to act on them at that time.
Fusion then requested 50% of the payment upfront and produced a report that was very generic. They later provided the cost to implement their plan, which was again very expensive. I went back to them, and once more, they drastically reduced their costs. This time, I trusted my instincts and decided not to proceed with their services any further.
After all payments were made, the TikTok-famous advisor was not very forthcoming in replying to my emails, and I had to chase them on numerous occasions to get a response. As a business owner, I feel disappointed in myself for allowing this situation to occur. I urge anyone considering using Fusion Consultancy Group for their services to tread with real caution.

Do not use them; they are just good on social media

Saw these guys advising people on instagram, actually thought they had some great content and thought they might actually be able to help me. After a very basic first meeting, and forcing us to make first payment, after making first payment, they sent as a generic document that spoke about points that we never discussed they provided no advice no support. After raising this complaint, stating that the advice was generic and irrelevant to us, they did not listen to us and instead started to chase us to make the final payment. We said we do not mind making the final payment, but we need our advice. They then ignored all our emails and they then tried to take us to court for the final payment. STAY WELL AWAY THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THERE MONEY!

The service was excellent. I had swift replies to my emails and the person i dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I was attended to right away and helped with my matter. I can definitely recommend Fusion Consulting.
