Having visited several times to find the right sofa we have always felt welcomed and at ease when visiting. Plenty of staff are available to offer help and advice in a low pressure and low key environment. No hard sell and no pushy sales people, just a friendly chat about furniture. We experienced very good customer service from Ricardo at the Worcester branch. We also received very similar customer service at an other Furniture Village store in Cheltenham when we purchased a sofa last autumn.
The staff show an interest in their customers and the products are good value for money.

Enjoyed our shopping experience at the Worcester branch. Fresh coffee & cookies were a bonus! The sales consultant, Rob Jones, was very helpful and not too pushy which was refreshing! He ordered fabric samples to be delivered to our home. We then placed an order a couple of weeks later. Just waiting for the sofas to be delivered.

Rob was very helpful nothing was too much trouble, he talked us through everything and left us to make a decision which is nice as had being pressured. He also made us a drink and gave us some cookies which was a lovely touch.
