Furniture Village - Watford Omdömen 

I have been offered a replacement sofa as mine is fault on day one. They have kindly said if the replacement has the same issues i can have a refund on both sofas. Im hoping it will not come to that. The person i spoke to was very helpful.

The sales person Lucy was very helpful and showing the type of bed set and mattress we required. She showed us alternative options asking questions to establish what we needed.

We were able to test out several different sofas in different covering materials from a range of manufacturers. We had an excellent salesman, Anthony, who gave us space but was ready to provide help and information when we wanted it. He also suggested taking a swatch home which turned out to be really important for our decision.

After purchasing from furniture village I was more than happy with the service I received .but a massive let down with there choice of white glove delivery drivers totally unacceptable unprofessional they unpacked my sofa in the street damaged it it on delivery repaired twice and wrong parts were sent after speaking with customer service my last call was with Kieran he was very helpful and sorted my issues out so credit where credit is due thanks Kieran furniture really need to fix the poor delivery side as this did not look good for them 5stars for furniture village-5 for the incompetent delivery drivers

I had very good experience at the Watford brunch. We were assisted by falguni she explained everything to us professionally. Very kind and polite lady.

Fal was extremely helpful and knowledgeable,definitely knew her all about the tv bed we purchased. She was friendly without being pushy, we are going back to buy the mattress she recommended. 5 star service from Fal, thank you.
