Furniture Village - Telford Omdömen

The range was good so we had a lot of choice. The store was set out attractively. The sales consultant Jayne Sargeant was extremely helpful. However we did not feel pressured.

Had a brilliant experience at Furniture Village Telford. Jayne was amazing. She answered all our questions, was personable and helped us through the paperwork with ease and efficiency. Can’t comment on the dining room set we have ordered as yet but based on the support and assistance we received I am sure it will be perfect when it arrives. Highly recommend this store and of course Jayne!

Very helpful and understanding of our needs.
Jayne sargeant was especially helpful

Great sales rep.tony👍

What a pleasure to meet Tony today! Extremely friendly, courteous and went out of his way to be helpful.

Excellent, would highly recommend. Tony was very helpful and explained everything brilliantly. He showed us a range of sofas and helped us decide on which one suited us best.

Thank-you.

Jayne was very helpful and kind during the buying process. We are looking forward to have our new, beautiful bed.

Very helpful Gemma the assistant explained all options open to us and made it very easy to purchase our new sofa

Superb service, whilst browsing we were approached politely by Phil, who offered us a beverage, which we declined and he gave us space which was appreciated as we find it off putting being followed about. We saw the sofas we wanted and let Phil know we were interested, he gave us a wealth of information and went through the different options ensuring we were fully informed before committing to the purchase.
He was very friendly and professional and we felt valued as customers. So much so we bought a framed picture and came back again later for a dining table bench as we wanted to reconfigure our current dining table, which we bought from Furniture Land 5 years ago and it still looks brand new! The quality of their furniture is outstanding and well worth the investment and the professionalism of the staff is second to none.

We arrived at furniture village, having planned everything out and had a concept of what we needed.
However, after going through the various options with Karen Cook, we slightly modified our order to suit the wife’s taste.
Karen made the experience easy and to an extent enjoyable.
Caveat to this, is we have only just placed the order and paid. We expect the delivery and installation process to be as easy but that remains to be seen.

Helpful and friendly assistant

The salesman that dealt with us was excellent

Great service by Tony Dhillon in the telford store. Highly recommend popping in to see him for a chat if you are after new furniture.

Lovely personal service from Tony. Talked through the options and was very helpful.

We had such a lovely experience today! Jayne Sargeant was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She even offered me a drink and a cookie, which was such a thoughtful touch.

I’m extremely happy with the whole experience and the high level of service Jayne provided throughout. She was friendly, professional and attentive, and really made us feel well looked after.

Thank you so much, Jayne! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jayne was extremely helpful. We definitely gonna come back for more stuff for our new apartment.

Jane is an asset to your Telford branch! She gave amazing customer service and would happily purchase from Jane again

We bought a mattress from the Telford store from Jayne Sargent. Was a great experience and Jayne helped me and partner out finding the right mattress for a great price. Will definitely return to this store.

Offer help and advice and then leave you to explore on your own without pestering, but there if needed. Lovely, friendly sales lady (Gemma). A very good customer experience.

Friendly efficient service from Tony, who made sure we had the right mattress for us
