Furniture Village - Taunton Omdömen 

Second time ordering from the Taunton store - first was last November when ordering sofas & footstool, second when ordering a dining table & chairs. Tim was excellent both times, helpful and friendly but not overpowering or pushing for a sale. We were left alone to make decisions but he was nearby if we needed help or questions answered.

Kyle and Charlie and lavina - delivery was to wrong address but lavina/ Laura sorted it quickly and worked around my schedule by finding g a new delivery slot in time for me. Charlie snd Kyle were patient communicating with me as i am deaf. They were patient, calm and clear without shouting or coming across as rude and impatient. They worked quickly, quietly and tidily with respect for my home. They explained how to work the ottoman bed clearly. No mess was left.

Very helpful and polite not at all pushy , looked at getting the best deal possible would definitely recommend, Gary your a star 🌟

Our experience at Furniture Village Taunton was a pleasurable one, we felt welcome as soon as we entered the store. Adam was friendly and helpful but did not pressurise us. He gave us all the relevant information in a clear and easy to understand way. We now look forward to a faultless delivery.

Friendly and very helpful staff, answered all questions we asked, clean and tasteful showroom. The person that who attended to us was called Micheal , very polite and respectful

The whole experience was simple and easy for us The sales associate gave us plenty of help and guidance whilst looking for a new mattress Tim was very helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble

Visited the Taunton store looking for a rug for our lounge. We saw one we liked & were assisted by Lexi the sales assistant. She was extremely pleasant & knowledgeable. There was no high pressure salesmanship, we chose in our own time in what a very relaxing enviroment.

We were made very welcome and our initial questions and enquiries answered expertly and fully including an initial 'tour' of furniture likely to be of interest to us. My wife and I were then left to look at items of interest including trying out chairs, measuring tables and discussing our preferences. Whenever we had a query, Chris was happy to provide full information then allowing us to continue our discussions. This continued for some 2 hours whilst we felt completely at ease, allowing us to make our choice. Having settled on a purchase we were given all the help we could have wished for. We are delighted with our purchase and grateful to Chris for his friendly courteous and patient way that he conducted our business. We will certainly recommend him and the store and will return with pleasure to discuss any future needs with him.

On our visit to Taunton we called into Furniture Village and there was no sales pressure which is how things should be. Tim your salesman engaged in some banter with us and was knowledgeable on questions asked of him. Friendly and helpful.

It was an Amazing experience with Chris at Taunton Furniture Village. We came to buy one sofa but ended up also buying a dining table and got them both for great value.

The showroom was bright and welcoming. We were met by a friendly Sales Consultant Tim at the Taunton branch, who immediately remembered our conversation on the phone the previous day. He was extremely helpful at suggesting which sofas we looked at after discussing are personal preferences. We felt no pressure and were impressed with the level of selection that was offered. We were happy to make a decision that day and came away happy with our choice.
